This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. Air cond, internet, 42” TV, kitchen and separate bedroom with a queen bed make this the perfect holiday abode. There is an ensuite bathroom and linen and bath towels are provided for your stay. Cafes and restaurants are just metres from your front doorstep. The full sized kitchen also provides the option to eat in and enjoy the view from the dining area or the balcony. Come and enjoy!

Right near beautiful Manly beach, Shelley Beach, local cafes, restaurants, North Head, Sydney Harbour and Manly Wharf! The studio comfortably accommodates a couple. The apartment is furnished with a kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave and kitchen utensils, and a full bathroom. Complex has a plunge pool. NOTE: Fixed Air-conditioner is currently not working but there is a portable unit.

A quiet garden studio located in the backyard of our house although not attached, mostly suited to a couple or single person. We are powered 100% by renewable energy with solar panels and a Tesla PowerWall. The pool on the property is available for use. Both the pool & studio have private access along a pathway to the side of our house. It is situated within walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and Dee why or North Curl Curl beach.
