The place is great for family. It's nice and cozy, felt like home! Host is very responsive and gets things as requested. staff's are very helpful and available when ever required. Thank you for making our trip a wonderful one.

We had a lovely time at Devika's place. Not only was it really close to Mandrem beach but the rooms were comfortable and the garden space was perfect for our family. There are some parts of the house like low balconies that are a little unsafe for kids so they need to be watched 24x7 but besides that the home is beautiful and a great place for a family getaway. Devika is also super responsive and very accomodating and understanding. Thanks Devika for a memorable holiday :)

The best stay in Goa. We stayed for a week and this beautiful place by Saurabh became our second home and we felt bad leaving it. There was car parking easily available and the location was perfect. Just walking distance (5mns) from the beach which is clean and secluded. The studio apartment itself was very cozy. The bed was sturdy and comfortable and the bedroom window gave out a perfect view of the trees. Instead of the balcony, we ended up sitting near the window and enjoying the view along with the perfectly working AC. The kitchenette was also perfect for us, where we ended up cooking all our breakfasts. The bathroom was very spacious and the tub is one of those rare ones which you actually use and enjoy. Hot water was available all the time. A must must stay near Morjim! The windows gave a perfect view of the world and privacy from the same

The best host and family i have ever met. The place is outstanding the perfect blend of farm, beach and old portugal. the host outstanding not to mention the numerous animals from birds to horses . Dr pinto and his family went way beyond any expectation a must goan experience. for anyone. Great place for kids to learn about animals and farms and also for people to get away from a busy life. the best part beach is 5 minutes away and market and eating joints are nearby yet you feel cocooned in greenery and quiet

Firstly would like to appreciate Rohit on being a wonderful Host. Amazing location as everything was just a stone throw away. It's walkable distance to Colva beach and since I'm familiar with the place just felt like home away from home. The place is spotless and as shown in the pics. Even though it poured and we couldn't step out for a day we enjoyed the peaceful and serene location by staying indoors. The place is Swiggy and Zomato serviceable so no worries. Rohit deserves many more stars 🤩 just 5 isn't enough for his proactive and helpful nature and the way he has maintained the property. Lastly on behalf of our family we are thankful for meeting you in person as the praises for this abode will go on and on. I always recommend great places to friends and family. Sathish & Zallina are both wonderful hosts & go every step of the way to make sure your stay is memorable. Their property is super close to the beach & around a lot of good restaurants & cafes which makes it a rare find! The cottage has plenty of books & toys to keep my toddler engaged. The hosts went out of their way to celebrate my wife’s birthday & arranged a home-baked cake & decorations for her. Just goes to show how kind, attentive & generous hosts they are. I wholeheartedly recommend them if you’re looking for a nice & quiet getaway with your family.

Had a wonderful stay at Palm Beach Villa in Calangute, booked through Airbnb. The villa had a serene and relaxing ambience, with a lovely pool, lush greenery, and the beach just 300 meters away – truly the best part for beach lovers. A special mention to Ms. Asha, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She was constantly in touch from the time of booking until check-out, ensuring that all our needs were met. Whether it was a small issue or a quick query, she responded promptly and resolved everything. Her warm hospitality and proactive support really made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, convenient and well-managed getaway in Goa!

The secured parking space was a huge plus, and caretaker Sonu was always just a call away. John is a great host, super responsive and ensured our stay was comfortable. The property has all necessary amenities, and the spacious air-conditioned living room was perfect for relaxing. The super clean washroom and balcony with pool view were added bonuses! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Goa's beautiful beaches and attractions. One minor suggestion: consider replacing the induction cooktop with a gas stove. As a family, we sometimes needed to cook proper meals quickly. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Goa. Had a great stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The 2 BHK space was neat, clean, and exactly as described. It was well-maintained with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The building had good security, which made us feel safe throughout our visit. We also really enjoyed the pool – a great place to relax after a day out. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free stay in Goa!

This place is a gem! Beautifully maintained and our host was super attentive, regularly checking in on us. The cleanliness and location top-notch, with great restaurants and the beach just a short 5-minute walk away… inverter was a lifesaver given the electricity situation as it was raining super heavily.. Some stays leave you with memories, but staying with Mr. Dicosta and his family left us with warmth in our hearts. From the very first moment — when they came all the way to receive us at the ferry — we knew this wasn’t just a regular Airbnb experience. It was something truly special. Mr. Dicosta welcomed us with cold beers, and he made sure my mother felt at home with her favorite cold drinks. But what truly moved us was his wife’s kindness — she walked just to get chicken patties especially for us, a gesture so small yet so full of love that it will stay with us forever. It didn’t feel like we were guests. It felt like we were visiting long-lost family. Their kindness, generosity, and open hearts turned our trip into something we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. Thank you, Mr. Dicosta and family, for not just opening your home to us — but also your hearts. We came as strangers and left with lifelong memories.

5 Stars, the Property was exactly like shown in the photos. Me and friends not once felt like leaving the Villa. It was literally our home for 4 days. The caretaker Rajesh Kumar was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Miss Pretam, the manager was very sweet and provided us with whatever we need during our stay. The property has everything needed and kitchen facilities with no compromise on the quality of furniture and equipment provided. Rooms were quite spacious, comfy and classy which gave us 5 star feeling. Definitely would recommend and visit here again during my next visit to Goa.

The place was great, the beach is very very close just a small walk away. Lots of shacks/restaurants are close by. It was actually very quiet also. The Villa is also huge looks exactly like the pictures. The staff Noor was also very helpful with anything that was required. The place has space to park also. Overall my experience was very good. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a larger place close to the beach.
