Beachfront holiday rentals in North Goa

We had a lovely time at Devika's place. Not only was it really close to Mandrem beach but the rooms were comfortable and the garden space was perfect for our family. There are some parts of the house like low balconies that are a little unsafe for kids so they need to be watched 24x7 but besides that the home is beautiful and a great place for a family getaway. Devika is also super responsive and very accomodating and understanding. Thanks Devika for a memorable holiday :)

The place is great for family. It's nice and cozy, felt like home! Host is very responsive and gets things as requested. staff's are very helpful and available when ever required. Thank you for making our trip a wonderful one.

It was a good experience with Hillary being the perfect host and Celina being in touch regarding all questions. They have both been very exact with every detail. No surprises at all. It was a comfortable stay, right next to the beach for someone who wants to enjoy the dusk and the dawn too it’s THE place. The two awwdorable pawies made it extra special. They gave more love than one would expect. Will miss both Shiba and Lucy.

This place is a short 10 min walk from Arambol Beach which was great because thats where I wanted to spend most of my time when in Goa. The house is clean, spacious and the kitchen is well equipped with necessary supplies and utensils. Kartik and Sourabh are amazing hosts and they run a fun hostel right across the road. Great place to meet fellow travellers, eat good food and finish work before going to the beach. Would certainly visit again!

The best stay in Goa. We stayed for a week and this beautiful place by Saurabh became our second home and we felt bad leaving it. There was car parking easily available and the location was perfect. Just walking distance (5mns) from the beach which is clean and secluded. The studio apartment itself was very cozy. The bed was sturdy and comfortable and the bedroom window gave out a perfect view of the trees. Instead of the balcony, we ended up sitting near the window and enjoying the view along with the perfectly working AC. The kitchenette was also perfect for us, where we ended up cooking all our breakfasts. The bathroom was very spacious and the tub is one of those rare ones which you actually use and enjoy. Hot water was available all the time. A must must stay near Morjim! The windows gave a perfect view of the world and privacy from the same

The best host and family i have ever met. The place is outstanding the perfect blend of farm, beach and old portugal. the host outstanding not to mention the numerous animals from birds to horses . Dr pinto and his family went way beyond any expectation a must goan experience. for anyone. Great place for kids to learn about animals and farms and also for people to get away from a busy life. the best part beach is 5 minutes away and market and eating joints are nearby yet you feel cocooned in greenery and quiet

Firstly would like to appreciate Rohit on being a wonderful Host. Amazing location as everything was just a stone throw away. It's walkable distance to Colva beach and since I'm familiar with the place just felt like home away from home. The place is spotless and as shown in the pics. Even though it poured and we couldn't step out for a day we enjoyed the peaceful and serene location by staying indoors. The place is Swiggy and Zomato serviceable so no worries. Rohit deserves many more stars 🤩 just 5 isn't enough for his proactive and helpful nature and the way he has maintained the property. Lastly on behalf of our family we are thankful for meeting you in person as the praises for this abode will go on and on. I always recommend great places to friends and family. Finding the place was easy. check in was smooth although we reached at 5.30 PM. All amenities are as mentioned in Airbnb. cleanliness is superb. overall experience was magnificent. Size of swimming pool should have been bigger. It would have been very nice if there could have been some person who could have made food in the kitchen or could have provided home cooked food for the guests as most of the nearby restaurants are very commercial.

Excellent Family-Friendly Stay in Goa! Rating: 5/5 We had a fantastic time at this beautiful property in Goa with my family! The property is extremely clean and well-maintained. The secured parking space was a huge plus, and caretaker Sonu was always just a call away. John is a great host, super responsive and ensured our stay was comfortable. The property has all necessary amenities, and the spacious air-conditioned living room was perfect for relaxing. The super clean washroom and balcony with pool view were added bonuses! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Goa's beautiful beaches and attractions. One minor suggestion: consider replacing the induction cooktop with a gas stove. As a family, we sometimes needed to cook proper meals quickly. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Goa. The host's exceptional hospitality makes this property truly stand out! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Sukoon is actually what we felt during our entire stay here. Ally is super responsive and attends to issues immediately. The place is lovely, beautiful view from the balcony. It was cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped. Security is there at the main gate, so the place feels safe. Highly recommend.

I had a lovely stay at Priti’s Airbnb in Goa. The place was clean, vibrant, and had a very relaxing vibe—perfect for a vacation. The location was great, close to beaches and local cafes, yet peaceful enough to unwind. Priti was a kind and responsive host, always ready to help with any queries. I truly appreciated the hospitality and smooth check-in process. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy Goa comfortably!

Place is Really Good Was Exactly like Pic and Clean

This is located inside the Santana beach resort which has access to the quiet and less crowded beach in between Candolim and Sinquerium and near to shacks like Calamari. Yazu (Marquis) and Caravela (Taj Holiday) are walking distance. The experience is exactly like staying as a resort guest with all amenities available like swimming pool, Splash pool bar and Olegario restaurant. Good spread in breakfast buffet. Staff are very courteous and room service is prompt. Worth the money!

We had a fantastic stay at Saheel’s place during our trip to Goa. The location is unbeatable, with the beach just about a kilometer away and numerous pubs and restaurants within walking distance. It perfectly met our needs for convenience and accessibility. The property itself was spotless, exactly as described, and incredibly comfortable. The mattresses and bedsheets were of excellent quality, and the room was spacious enough to accommodate four guests comfortably. Only the washing machine was not available at the property as it malfunctioned a while back, but it wasn’t a big issue for us. Overall, our stay was delightful, and the combination of a prime location, clean accommodations, and thoughtful amenities made it truly memorable. We would highly recommend Saheel’s place to anyone visiting the Vagator beach area.

If you are looking for a cozy place to stay, walking distance to the quiet, clean beach, then this is the place. Henderson was a very hospitable host who was flexible with our schedule and accommodating. The outdoor shower at the location was great so we didn’t track in a ton of sand. Would definitely stay again

Some stays leave you with memories, but staying with Mr. Dicosta and his family left us with warmth in our hearts. From the very first moment — when they came all the way to receive us at the ferry — we knew this wasn’t just a regular Airbnb experience. It was something truly special. Mr. Dicosta welcomed us with cold beers, and he made sure my mother felt at home with her favorite cold drinks. But what truly moved us was his wife’s kindness — she walked just to get chicken patties especially for us, a gesture so small yet so full of love that it will stay with us forever. It didn’t feel like we were guests. It felt like we were visiting long-lost family. Their kindness, generosity, and open hearts turned our trip into something we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. Thank you, Mr. Dicosta and family, for not just opening your home to us — but also your hearts. We came as strangers and left with lifelong memories.

The place was great, the beach is very very close just a small walk away. Lots of shacks/restaurants are close by. It was actually very quiet also. The Villa is also huge looks exactly like the pictures. The staff Noor was also very helpful with anything that was required. The place has space to park also. Overall my experience was very good. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a larger place close to the beach.

A lovely 2bhk apartment at a great location. Just about 2 mins walking distance from the beach. A min if u take the shortcut! Aesthetically pleasing design, very well equipped, very clean, with a lovely pool. Very private and no disturbance. We had a great time doing our own cooking with a very functional well equipped kitchen. Beautiful furnitures and everything looks new and clean. You get all the basic amenities and more provided like umbrellas, hair dryers, toiletries etc. the hosts have taken great care in designing and maintaining the property. And they are so responsive and easily reachable for any queries. Would totally recommend this lovely place! Totally worth the affordable price too!

The stay is amazing. Couldn't have booked anything better than this. The view is peaceful. Importantly, the furniture made the house look so pretty.
