Villa holiday rentals in Mandelieu-La Napoule

The place: situated on a hill some 30 mins away from Nice the house offers a great base to explore the Riviera. It is home away from home- the kitchen was fully equipped so we could comfortably prepare own meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher water boiler, milk frother and a Nespresso machine top the experience. The place has no A/C but ceiling ventilators make up for that. It is situated on two floors with staircase that has a safety door so no problems if you come with small kids like we did. The house is perfect for a long stay as it has a washer and a dryer, fast internet, a big screen smart TV situated in its own TV room with a huge coach that can host your entire family for movie nights. There is a BBQ in the yard and some 4 dining tables to choose from: 3 outdoors and 1 indoors. The bedrooms were comfortable with enough storage space for your clothes, linen bedding and bathroom facilities to all bedrooms. Swimming pool maintained by the host twice per week was greatly appreciated

We spent 10 days in this listing. It was our first time with Airbnb and we don't regret it. A very welcoming, attentive host, gave us a lot of advice and was always there when needed. Regarding the house, everything was perfect, as in the description! Very clean, very tidy, everything was great. A really beautiful house with everything you need. We also thank Greg for his trust and kindness. We recommend this host 1000%. You can trust them without a second thought! Thank you for everything 😀

We miss the view and garden so much already. This is a stunning Airbnb, Amelie is a great host - super quick communication and responded really quickly to a couple of requests. The photos are really accurate but somehow don’t do the villa/views justice. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of steps. The studio is a flight of stairs below road level, bedrooms of the villa one level down, living area and kitchen another level down and pool another flight of stairs down. We really look forward to returning.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Mougins villa during the Cannes Film Festival, and it truly enhanced our experience. The villa's tranquil setting provided a perfect retreat after the festival's excitement. The check-in process was seamless, and Carole's attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. The spacious layout and pristine pool area offered both comfort and luxury. Being just a short drive from Cannes, the location was ideal for our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a serene yet accessible getaway in the South of France.

We stayed at Pipa Polaris for three days as a little baby moon getaway and had the loveliest time. Valérie has decorated the apartment beautifully and the surrounding gardens and pool area was so peaceful. Valérie was a great host and really looked after us during our stay.

We booked very last minute and Nathalie responded super fast and was super friendly and uncomplicated. We thought the garden was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

Antoine’s home was spectacular in person. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the space, pool and location. What a fantastic spot! They were also extremely responsive and would highly recommend for anyone considering this amazing property. Great location as well in between St.Tropez and Saint Maxime.

Quiet house with a magnificent view. Well-equipped, we were delighted to spend the week here. The location allows quick access to all amenities.

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect in every way. We were excited by the photos, and the house didn’t disappoint! Stylish inside and out. Wonderful to stay somewhere that says it caters for 10 people and truly does that: enough dinner seating, sun beds, crockery etc. Two families across 3 generations staying together for a week. Perfect layout and space for all: studio for grandparents, en-suites for all rooms, cinema room for watching England vs Spain in Euros (even if the score wasn’t to everyone’s liking…). The location is stunning, with fabulous views. Cabris is a lovely village & the restaurant recommendations were excellent. Great to be able to quickly walk into village for everything, even tennis. With a 9 year old & two teenage girls, it felt very safe to let them head off together for breakfast croissants or evening ice creams. Ian and Jacques were perfect hosts from start to finish. Thank you! We will definitely be back, hopefully even next year!

Catherine’s place is great - very quiet, beautiful surroundings, sunny side, very conveniently located to explore the coast. The house is well proportioned, smartly designed with large living room, open kitchen, access to pool throughout and nice rooms. It is also very easy to park. Catherine is very kind, responsive and helpful, a great host. Would love to return again! 🙏

The house was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. Garden and pool were gorgeous and everything inside the house was well thought out and had everything we needed for our whole stay. The walk into Antibes is 30 mins but there is a little bus and uber is easily available. Lots of little welcome goodies which was so kind and thoughtful.

This home was perfect for our family of 4. It was better than we had imagined and gave us a place to spread out and relax. The location is very private, but only a 20 minute drive to almost all the major parts of Cannes and Antibes. The very adequate air conditioning and pool gave us relief from the hot summer and the kitchen allowed us to cook any kind of food we managed to find from the local markets. Lastly Benoit was a fantastic host, always available and genuinely interested in our experience.

Natalia welcomed us personally to her great, clean and very stylish Villa. Very helpful was the handmade recommendation Book with various restaurants, boulangeries and must sees in the area. Natalia always responded quickly and was very helpful and friendly! She even brought us breakfast as the fridge had some technical issue! I could not imagine a more helpful and friendly host! I can recommend Natalia’s place if you are looking for a quiet place which is close to great locations. All in all: perfect!

Dear Olivier, We enjoyed the stay at your beautiful property in La Croix Valmer. The house was modern, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The garden was a true highlight, spacious, beautifully landscaped and filled with a variety of plants and flowers that added a lovely touch to the overall ambiance. It was the perfect spot for relaxing, enjoying the meal outdoors, and soaking the tranquillity. The location was ideal, close to the beach and amenities. The highlight was definitely the pool, which was well maintained for both relaxation and fun. Lovely house, super nicely decorated. Cute and spacious and luminous. Pool and gallery very lovely. We loved Mougins, the town 7 min by car (old town) is to die for. Cutest restaurants. Close to Cannes and Nice. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended. Hosts very welcoming and all process ran super smoothly. We loved the house! Perfect for the 5 of us.

We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

This villa was perfect for the four of us and we had a fantastic holiday at Caroline's place. The caretaker, M. Akim was really helpful and responsive and the setting couldn't have been more private and tranquil. The villa is spacious, well-furnished and well-equipped and the outside areas are perfect for outdoor dining and drinks by the pool. We loved the fact the pool is heated: normally in May/June, unheated pools in the south of France are freezing. So this was a real bonus and we used the pool everyday. Le Plan de la Tour was a new area in the Var for us and we absolutely love the location & would love to come back.

Tommy and Milena were the most perfect hosts. Really friendly, helpful and responsive. We didn't have a car and they were kind enough to bring us water bottles and even offered to go get us any groceries we needed. Their home is on the same land but absolutely no issue as your area is still very private and access to the private pool and loungers is completely yours. A beautiful home that is a perfect base for relaxing and also to then go explore the southern coast. Cannes, Nice, Antibes, Monaco all very easy to get to. Thanks Tommy and Milena for having us, looking forward to coming back! xx

we spent more than a week in this beautiful and atmospheric home. The home is well-maintained and clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Pool clean, parking spaces in front of the house. You can use the gas grill. Ceiling fans in each bedroom, although air conditioning would be more helpful during this period:) Effortless contact with the owner when we asked for help in organizing a motorcycle trip - he came to help.
