Holiday rentals with beach access in Mandelieu-La Napoule

Nice and large studio close to the beach. Located in a street perpendicular to the bars and restaurants of the center. Very practical for lively evenings. Very well equipped accommodation. Pleasant and available hosts

Amazing stay, great location and beautiful view from the terrace. Apartment is new and was spotless. Communication with the host was easy. Host let us change dates without any problems We had everything we need at the apartment, coffee, water, paper towels etc. Recommend to anyone else!

Laurent was responsible and kind. House was renovated and clean. We relaxed like our home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was not to crowded and we did trips to both Antibes and Saint Marguerite. It was really convinient to just book an Uber and go into Cannes for dinner at night. Thanks for the hospitality!

1.pros a. less than 5 mins walking distance to beach(crystal cear, safe swimming for children, fresh water shower available) b. 3 story house with nice and cozy atmosphere : 1 st floor - kitchen, laundry room, small living amd dining place / 2nd floor - master bed room, bathroom, shower / 3rd floor - 2 rooms and bathroom c.5min walking distance to village d. less than 3mins walking distance to Manlieu La Napoule station(to Marseilles or to Monaco) e. Etc : Electric heater intallated in each room, fully furnished essentials(including welcome gift - wine and drinks) f. 20mins to Cannes by car 2.Cons a. no handrail on stairway(this need improvement) b. no TV but managable c. train noises during operario hours(this might be unpleasant if you need quite place) d. free parking but not reserved for guest.

It was a bonus that they spoke English, making everything easier. The house was clean, just as pictured, and met all our expectations. Xavier is a very proactive host. He recommended several restaurants and places to visit that we loved! He is present on site and is flexible on arrival and departure, which helps greatly. The accommodation was very nice, well located and clean. May be a little noisy at night if you sleep with the window open.

We had an amazing stay! This place has everything you need and more. Walkable to so many restaurants and very large grocery store right out the front door of the building. Beach access and roof top pool. Washing machine and dryer were perfect! Corinne was so responsive and so kind. Thank you! We hope to stay here again soon!

The Airbnb was absolutely wonderful – beautifully furnished, extremely clean, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Nothing was missing at all. It was really charming, with sweet little touches like snacks thoughtfully placed on the table and even on the bed, which we found incredibly lovely. We were truly satisfied with our stay. The view of the lake was also stunning – everything was just as we had imagined, if not better!

A great accommodation not far from Cannes and with good prices especially in the middle of the Festival. Théoule is a charming and peaceful place by the sea. I had a very pleasant stay with my mom

Izabela is a wonderful host. She took excellent care of me even went out of her way to have my favorite almond milk waiting for me. She's such a sweet soul and really cares about the experience and made sure that I felt very comfortable. Her place is beautiful. the location is central and I enjoyed my walks up the hill and discovering the garden hike as well as regular walks to the Palais and Croisette and Rue de Antibes. Really great experience overall! Highly recommend her place.

The view is spectacular and Claire and Johan’s place is great! It’s steps from the beach and much more. We very much enjoyed our stay.
