Great location. Walk out the door to the beautiful azure blue sea. The coffee shop downstairs was very convenient with good food. The apartment matched the photos exactly. It was quiet and comfortable. Host met me upon arrival and walked me through everything. A good stay for the money.

The accommodation was exactly as described and they adhered to my special request for strong perfume smells to be avoided and it was very much appreciated. I would return without hesitation and I recommend it for a single person or a couple because it's small but very functional.

This was our second time at Benoit’s place and it was great again! Love the terrace with a view. This time we even got to watch seagull chicks on the adjacent rooftop. Close walk to Nice-Ville train station and tram. Market, bakery, restaurants & shops also within walking distance. The artistic chocolate shop a few blocks away is a must see. Benoit is prompt to respond and a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Jean Christophe’s apartment. The location is excellent, central and convenient for exploring the city. The space was perfect for two travelers: clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jean Pierre welcomed us on arrival and made everything smooth and easy for check out. We were fully satisfied and would happily recommend this place.

Our stay at Steven’s apartment was perfect. The space was exactly as pictured—clean, functional, and well-equipped with everything we needed and more. The designated parking spot, convenient elevator, and washing machine added to our comfort. The beds were very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Located just minutes from Cannes, the apartment is also close to grocery stores and bus stations, which made exploring the area easy. Thank you, Steven, for your wonderful hospitality! I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

The communication with Olivier was very nice. Questions are answered quickly. Arrival and departure were picked up by Christelle on site. She communicates clearly and kindly and takes the time for you. The view from the accommodation is great and there are a lot of products in the cabinets. (Tea, salt, herbal oil and other cooking necessities) There is a supermarket and several restaurants in the park itself. Everything at walking distance. Also the pools are lovely. We have had a nice time!

Clean, functional and quiet accommodation, close to all amenities in a pleasant green and flowery residence lulled by the birdsong, assured relaxation, the pool and gym delighted us, very responsive host, we had a great weekend and we will come back with great pleasure. Thank you!

The condo was was well appointed with kitchen utensils to prepare a meal if desired. Great location w parking. I was able to extend our original booking twice which was quite helpful. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Perfect home and location! We had the most wonderful stay at Anna’s place. It was easy to find, clean, very spacious (across multiple floors), and an authentic style. Great value for the price. Location is very ideal and 10 mins walk from beach and train station and 3 mins walk to several restaurants and supermarket. Anna gave several recommendations which helped us navigate Antibes our first day and was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The kitchen is well suited to cook which was nice to have some meals in. Highly recommend staying at Anna’s in Antibes - found this town more quaint and enjoyable than Nice and Cannes, while still very lively with many restaurants, shops, and good bars for the evening (and still a short train away to visit other towns). As others mentioned, for awareness only to those with mobility issues there are several steps as it is a 5 floor home but it was not an issue for our group, and rather enjoyable to have so much space!

Great value for money. For a couple, this studio is perfect, we were able to enjoy the terrace for an aperitif. Access to a washing machine was very helpful. Everything was perfect, both the welcome and the accommodation. Thanks

Helena was nice, honest and very communicative. House is big and clean, with all you needed and the pool was just perfect. So I would recommend visiting the house with friends and family.

- Overall: Very satisfied with the stay. - Space: There were two of us and we had more than enough space. There is enough space for a couple and children, but probably not enough for 2 couples. The "main" bed on the upper floor is rather narrow. - Location: Very quiet location, secluded on the slope, but neighbors who you can sometimes hear in the garden during the day. In the evening, you can hear frogs croaking. Approximately 20 minutes by car to Nice and 5 minutes to the village of Tourette-Levens, where there is a Spar, a bakery and 3-4 restaurants. Approximately 30 minutes by car to Monaco. Parking available. - Cleanliness: Everything is very clean. Enough towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, shampoo, etc. available. - Hostess: Very friendly and passionate. Even proactively bought croissants and brought them by on the first morning. Judith ensures maximum privacy for guests. - Pool: Large pool, filled with salt water (little salt), enough space for 4-5 people. - Minus points: outdoor shower by the pool and the WLAN have

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !

We had an exceptional stay. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures. Beautiful setting to stay in the south. The garden is very well maintained and offers a very relaxing setting. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool because of the weather, but it's very large. The kitchen is very well equipped. The villa is very well located for a trip to the region, 10 minutes from the highway, and just 30 minutes from Nice. Our hosts were very welcoming with a little surprise for our arrival. I recommend it 100%, everything was really perfect.
