Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mandelieu-La Napoule

Alexandra was very proactive and responsive in communications and made sure everything was good for my family who was visiting. We enjoyed our stay so much and we plan to visit again! Thank you very much for everything!

1.pros a. less than 5 mins walking distance to beach(crystal cear, safe swimming for children, fresh water shower available) b. 3 story house with nice and cozy atmosphere : 1 st floor - kitchen, laundry room, small living amd dining place / 2nd floor - master bed room, bathroom, shower / 3rd floor - 2 rooms and bathroom c.5min walking distance to village d. less than 3mins walking distance to Manlieu La Napoule station(to Marseilles or to Monaco) e. Etc : Electric heater intallated in each room, fully furnished essentials(including welcome gift - wine and drinks) f. 20mins to Cannes by car 2.Cons a. no handrail on stairway(this need improvement) b. no TV but managable c. train noises during operario hours(this might be unpleasant if you need quite place) d. free parking but not reserved for guest.

I really enjoyed it. Better than expected. I'll be back!

Better than the pictures!! Nathalie was a fabulous host and even met us when we checked in. Very personal, very helpful! Perfect location to walk everywhere.

Let's make it brief: We felt very, very comfortable here! Beautifully located accommodation in great nature - lemon trees, various herbs and of course the many olive trees. There is a great pool, a big trampoline, a ping pong table and boules! At the chapel sun loungers, barbecue, a nice terrace to eat outside. And inside a high-quality furnished accommodation with a lot of charm in which all the details were really thought of! And although the weather unfortunately did not always do what we would have liked, we had - also thanks to Chrystelles excursion tips - all four fantastic Easter holidays!

Experience the most authentic southern French country life.Beautiful stone house, beautiful lake view, even if you go the wrong way to the lake, it is a beautiful trip.The room is clean and cozy.The hostess and host are very kind people and will give you a lot of privacy.The most special thing is the two gun dogs, I want to take them home directly ∠(｀ω´*).

Stephanie’s place was the perfect getaway for our small family. She went above and beyond - stocking the apartment with not just the essentials, but thoughtful extras like beach toys, sunbeds, and games for kids. The apartment was cozy, spotless, and ideal for two adults and a child. We loved waking up to stunning sunrises and being just steps from the beach. The underground parking was a huge bonus. Stephanie’s care and attention to detail truly made us feel at home. We recommend renting a car to explore the area - don’t miss the amazing pastries at Benjamin Marquis or nearby supermarkets like Auchan and Monoprix. Thank you, Stephanie, for such a warm and wonderful stay. We hope to return soon!

We rented this apartment as part of the Cannes Film Festival and we were very satisfied with the accommodation, which was nice and clean, with access to the pool. Finding the accommodation was a little complicated because of Google Maps but Fabrice had put us in touch with one of his tenants to guide us. To attend the film screenings, you have to be well organized in advance because the buses are not super regular but it is doable. We were a little surprised by the departure time, which seemed a little early (9 a.m.) but it suited our schedule. We would recommend this listing:)

We absolutely loved our stay at Andre’s place! He met us at the station and was so hospitable, we felt right at home in the flat. It was so peaceful and perfect for our stay. Probably our favorite Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The village was peaceful and gorgeous and we had a wonderful time. We couldn’t recommend it enough!

We had a great stay at Betty's place. Very clean apartment, with a magnificent view of the marina Betty gave us a lot of information about the hikes to do in the area We appreciated the fact that they came to pick us up at the bus stop We were close to the golf course, Mandelieu, in a very green environment, close to a shopping center, and many restaurants Thanks again to Betty for her hospitality

In short: Great, clean accommodation that has everything you need. Very nice host. Beautiful surroundings at breakfast, supermarket, restaurants and beach all within walking distance. So we'll be happy to come back!

Laurent went above and beyond with check in, being helpful and responsive. The accommodation was spotless and smelt so clean when we first arrived. The location was a 10 min walk to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Could not recommend this place enough and would love to stay again soon!

I was contacted by Emilie for check-in management and for all the useful information that was not only clear but related to videos and photos to make it easier to understand. The house is nice and perfect for a family of 4. The area is quiet and given the tourism always present is a great advantage: in general you need the car in Mandelieu but here there is also the possibility of reaching shops and small restaurants on foot. Any questions asked of Emilie during the stay we received a timely and always kind response. We are very happy and satisfied and recommend staying there.

Lovely host and a lovely apartment! Everything was super clean and Bernard was very helpful. The town is very pretty with a few restaurants and shops close by to the apartment. Definitely worth a stay!

Clean and as described. Moderately spacious for 2 is more than enough. Set back from the city and therefore quiet . We enjoyed this apartment and recommend it without worries .

We had a wonderful stay in Cannes in this beautiful home! The residence is very quiet, perfect for resting, and offers an amazing view of the sea. The infinity pool is a real plus, with a breathtaking setting. A big thank you to Jérémy, who was extremely responsive and available throughout the stay. Despite our late arrival, he stayed awake to make sure we found the apartment easily, with clear and reassuring instructions. We really enjoyed our stay — it was great, we'll be back with pleasure!
