Monthly Rentals in Manaton

We only had a short stay to break up a longer journey but really enjoyed our time in the thatched cottage and the village of Lustleigh. As well as being beautiful and nicely decorated, the cottage is well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The village itself is a great starting point for walks around the neighbouring area and within easy reach of many other places of interest. Wish we had been able to stay longer!

A picture postcard cottage in a picture postcard village with great pub, shop and tearoom. The cottage was really well equipped and well appointed. The beds were really comfortable and the whole place was cosy. Alyson is a super host- quick to respond and helpful. Parking was in front of the church and with the popularity of the pub we thought parking would be fraught but it was ok for the whole weekend. Bovey Tracey is a stones throw away as is the wilds of Dartmoor. It really is a perfect spot!

What a beautiful little place and a fabulous location to stopover for a couple of nights. We absolutely loved Josie’s style at The Apiary and it was perfectly clean and comfortable for us and our little dog. Wandering through the grounds of Southcombe House and its pretty wildflower meadows was just delightful. An idyllic spot in wonderful location.

Although compact the Art House had everything you could want and was spotlessly clean with a comfy bed and good shower. Situated in a great location for visiting local shops and pubs and attractions. Unfortunately we were unable to sit out due to the weather, but were very comfy and warm inside. Parking outside can be very tricky, but Station Road carpark is very near. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, especially for a short break
