Holiday rentals with a patio in Manasquan

Karen was a great host! The apartment was exactly as shown and described in the pictures. Perfect walking distance to local restaurants and attractions; we had a toddler with us so instead we took a quick drive right into town. The pool was perfect as was the outside seating area. Karen was very accommodating with some last minute changes we needed. Karen was easily accessible if we had any questions or needed assistance. 10/10, already looking forward to our next stay.

Our stay was amazing, the place is exactly how it’s pictured and it will not fall short of your expectations! They are super responsive. Overall a great stay and experience and couldn’t ask for anything better!

Myra’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend beach getaway! She was responsive, friendly and so helpful. The space was exactly as described - cozy, sweet, and functional. A really nice place to shower and hangout after some good beach time.

Amy’s place was fantastic — clean, modern, and clearly well cared for. It’s fully updated and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, making everything feel easy and welcoming. One standout was the bed —super comfortable, which isn’t always the case with shore rentals. You can tell Amy put real thought into making the space feel like home. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Location, location, location. Just a short two block walk to the boardwalk and beach. It was so nice to be able to hop out of bed, throw on the clothes and catch a sunrise ovr the Atlantic. Walked to the Stone Pony for a show 1st night there was incredible. The front porch is a relaxing spot for a cup of coffee, and mapping out the day.

Sam was a terrific host and very responsive. The house is just as described and kitchen is well equipped. Best suited for one or two people. Private yard and porch were perfect. Bedroom is large with large closet and an empty dresser - also a large closet in the living room. We had a blackout one night and Sam came by with a flashlight right away, and when I needed instructions or had a question about something, he responded right away. The house is three blocks from the beach and one block from Main Avenue, with shops and food right there. Parking was easy. Highly recommend

Very nice distance from the beach, felt clean and cozy, great host made sure everything was good and up to standards, everything was as it was listed and it was a nice space, would 100% visit again.

We loved the area. Conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. The house was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. Lisa was always responsive and a please to work with as host.

Nita's Airbnb was fantastic! The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, Nita was an amazing host—so friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Patty was a great host! She was having issues with AC a couple of days before I was to arrive and reached out to me to let me know she was on it, and would be doing what she could to make our stay close comfortable, and she did. She also checked in to make sure it was working. The house was very clean and comfortable. I brought a team of employees for an event and we all enjoyed the back deck and yard. Highly recommend!

Vallyn was so responsive and helpful with everything we needed. It is a very large place with PLENTY of glasses, silverware, plates, etc (which is not always the case in these larger homes). The house is on the older side, so some of the handles are loose while some doors stick - but it was perfect for our needs and we had a great stay - would recommend.

Great experience all around ! I would consider renting this spot again , fell in love with the house and the host was great! So spacious! Anything that we forgot , the house had it , it was above and beyond equipped ! Great location ! Friendly neighbors ! Perfect for hosting an intimate gathering !

My friends and i stayed here. We were a group of 4 and it was perfect for us! The whole place was clean and homey! The location was amazing, close to boardwalk and restaurants. It truly was the perfect place and we would 100% stay here again

We stayed at Lauren’s place for a week and loved everything about the home. Clean, comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfortable, towels were in great shape. Parking was not a problem. We would definitely stay again!

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

This was a perfect space for two couples on a beach weekend. The distance to the boardwalk was perfect. Close enough while still being quiet. The host was very responsive when any issues arose and I was very impressed with their helpfulness to go over and beyond. Thank you for a great stay!

Our second stay at Charleen's place. It checks every box for me..clean, bright, airy. Plenty of room for my family and a perfect porch with a view of the ocean for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Charleen reached out to us to make sure we were comfortable. Who could ask for more! Thank you!

Beautiful home and beach front property in amazing central location to shops and food. The hosts were always available to answer all questions and assist with our needs. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys and everyone had a great time. I had coffee on the deck each morning , very peaceful and great people watching and the boys had endless fun playing in the sandy yard. The house is well equipped. With large living spaces and bedrooms, beach chairs, towels, grill, and games. You will be sad to leave.

This is the perfect place! Felt so comfy & cozy. Had towels, and shampoo body wash.. just great. Michael even provided coffee, and a coffee maker. Was MORE than I thought it could ever be staying at an Airbnb!!! I’ve had airbnbs where they don’t accommodate you like this airbnb and host does. Michael checked up on me and made sure I was good consistently. Made me feel soo comfortable. Clean and modern place. I can’t wait to book with Michael again!!🫶🏼
