Cinque terre is one of the many beautiful Italian fields, absolutely worth a visit. Dogs are a little difficult to get around, as the five small villages are hard to get to by car, but the train runs often and accurately, and it's super clean. Dogs can be transported with a small surcharge and a muzzle. It is a good idea to start your excursions in Levanto instead of La Spezia, where parking is easier, the distance from Riccardo's house is roughly the same. The air conditioning will definitely be resolved by the owner soon. Unfortunately, there is no pool, but the houses where they are are much more expensive. Riccardo, his wife, sister, and brother-in-law are both nice people, it's important to them that the guest has a good time. Beautiful, wild garden, well-equipped house.

Communication with Paolo was great! The house was great and the views breathtakingly beautiful. Our dogs were very comfortable in the well-kept garden.

We stayed at the house as a group of seven and had a great time! The house is spacious and comfortable, perfect for a big group. We really appreciated that we could bring our own pool, which made the experience even better. Do keep in mind, though, that you’ll need a car to get around. The location is a bit out of the way, but that’s also what makes it so peaceful. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

The room is fresh and tidy, surrounded by beautiful mountains, and you can see the beautiful scenery in the morning and evening.The listing is a good value for the money and worth recommending.

Large elevated villa with two terraces with beautiful views overlooking Lavagna and the sea. Very nice, clean, tastefully decorated. Barbecues and garden tables enjoyed. Parking in a plot below. We wish we could have put the car in the inner square yet available. A few bowls/dishes are lacking in dishes.

We had a lovely family holiday at Remo's house with our two small children and had a grandparent visit along the way. The landlord was easy and good to communicate with both before, during, and after our stay. The house had many nice rooms, and we only used one floor and had plenty of space still. The house is very beautifully located in the quiet end of the city with a short distance to the cozy little streets in the center of the city and a fantastic beach just a few hundred meters down the hill. Sestri Levante is a lovely city, and we would love to come back another good time in the future.

Very, very friendly hosts were blown away by the value for money, everything is there, nothing is really missing in this house. The landlady always gave info when something happened in the city. So actually you don't need to take anything with you except a swimsuit, a bike or a scooter to explore the area and that's it. Very impressed by this place! Our stay in this beautiful home was truly unforgettable. Tucked away in a charming Tuscan village, this former olive mill is full of history and character. The house is incredibly well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The blend of old-world charm and thoughtful details made it a joy to spend time in, whether relaxing in the cozy interior or enjoying the peaceful garden. It’s the kind of place that feels both elegant and welcoming at the same time. Our host was wonderful—so kind, generous, and attentive, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s clear that a lot of love has gone into this home, and we felt so lucky to experience it. If you’re looking for a truly special place in Tuscany, this is it. We loved every moment and would come back in a heartbeat!

The villa was incredible. It had an amazing view and excellent ambiance. The house it self was well furnished and the property felt very private even though it was just a short drive down the hill from the train station to Cinque Terre. Sarah was very helpful and very prompt on answering any questions we had. We did the pasta making class and had a wonderful experience. Booking this accommodation was not only booking a house but also, booking unforgettable memories.

This house is a wonderful getaway with unbelievable views of the town and Mediterranean Sea below. It’s surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. You can hear the highway below so if you need total silence be aware. The drive up to the house is nerve wracking if you are not used to small mountain roads and the driveway is very steep, so be aware of that as well. Our group of 8 adults and 1 baby had a wonderful relaxing time and Lavagna is a cute beach town with restaurants and ice cream. Such an amazing place to stay!

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

This home was beautiful! Pietro was above and beyond kind to our big family. So thankful for him and this lovely experience.

What a wonderful place with a spectacular view. Plenty of room but steep stairs to each level and a bit of a goat track to get to the property. Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful. Nicolo's was very helpful with ideas and recommendations and the instructions for the property were very well communicated. If you do not have any physical restrictions, then this is the perfect place to escape, especially if you have a big group.

Dilletta was a very polite and responsive host. As a family of 4 adults and 2 children, We felt the home was very accommodating. The 2 children each had a nice size bedroom. The views were beautiful and the outdoor patio was very relaxing. Because we had been traveling we were able to wash a few clothes and hang them to dry outside on a spacious clothes line. I only have 2 constructive suggestions, providing a portable fan in each bedroom would help w/ the doors being open and keeping flying insects out. The second suggestion is to weed the front garden area. The trees and flowers were beautiful and some weeds were starting to take over. All and all we would recommend staying here again. Well - what a tremendous and charming villa plus superb location. Our two families really loved our week with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their chosen activity: top pool and loungers, hip bar, lots of games available, pizza oven and bbq proved a success, lush mountain views at the breakfast table and shady and fragrant lunches underneath a arbor of jasmine. Loris our caretaker was very hands on, responsive, helpful and made the best tiramisu! We were very sad to leave! Would recommend: a trip to see the marble quarries, Pietrasanta and the Cinqueterra - all within 50minutes drive of the Licciana Nardi. Famille Hickeys and Chiaruccis.

I can’t recommend this house or Airbnb host more! The house was beautiful and the views in front of the home were amazing. It was so easy to walk to restaurants, shops and historical locations. Also, there was a lovely playground close by for my little ones. I honestly fell in love with Porto Venere and wish we had planned to stay longer! Also, Carlo was incredibly helpful who provided a wealth of information which we used to guide our trip. We definitely want to plan to go back.

wonderful villa with a very impressive panoramic view over the surrounding hills with the beautiful peaks of Alpi apuane in the background. the house and surrounding terrain is big, plenty of space. lots of birds singing around the house. we did a lot of hiking around in Lunigiana which feels a bit like a well-kept secret (beautiful but not many tourists). we liked Fivizzano, but basically every little village is quite pretty here.

The pictures do not do this location justice! The view from the outdoor table, pool, and many balconies is unbelievable. The house is nestled in a very quiet, secluded spot and is perfect for relaxing. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable. Marius is the most helpful, responsive host, helping us with any questions we had and providing excellent local recommendations. We didn’t want to leave!

Nice welcome by hosts Patrizia and Carlo. Very useful tips on what to do and where to eat in the folder in the house. The holiday home is located on enclosed private property (fence with its own remote control), spacious space for car and sunbathing on the lawn.

We had a great time in Giampis house. Beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool, and we especially liked the kitchen outside in the upper house, which we could use also when it was raining. Great surroundings, great view, walking distance to shops and good restaurants in the small, peaceful town La Gracie and 15 min walks to the more touristic, but beautiful Portovenere. A great base for tours in Cinque Terre, with ferry from Portovenere or bus into La Spezia and train from there. We came without car, no problem at all to get around. Giampaolo is very friendly and helpful and gave us good advices where to eat and to do our shopping, and how to get around. We will absolutely recommend Giampaolos place, either for a relaxing or for a sportive vacation, or even better, both!

We were able to enjoy a wonderful vacation in Sabrina's house - the perfect place to really unwind. The kitchen is super equipped, we grilled, baked pizza and cooked a lot of good food - it was wonderful! The beds are very comfortable and the house was very well maintained overall - you can feel how much love Sabrina puts into it, that's really nice. Thanks Sabrina for your hospitality!
