Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Malvern

The place is very comfortable and convenient. Roadside parking was super easy and always available. L&K are very gracious, kind and thoughtful hosts. The wine and biscuit and milk in the fridge are really welcoming gifts at the end of a really long travel. Sound proofing of the unit was awesome - did not hear the traffic on the road, nor neighbors talking in the hallway or movements from upstairs. Kitchen is well equipped with appliances and table ware. It was a luxury to be able to use the coffee machine and milk steamer. Most of all, thank you L&K for providing ample coffee capsules and variety of teas that gave us a good start in the morning!

Great apartment. Host has clearly thought things through. Excellent building - well maintained and exceptional security. Very quiet and peaceful. Apartment has all the facilities that you require - wifi with access to a large number of channels/apps including Netflix/YT. Washing machine & dryer. Modern bathroom and kitchen. Spacious showers. Large balcony. Hard to find fault with this place or the Host. Highly recommended. Would stay here again without a thought.

I stayed for one week in John's apartment for business and needed a quiet, comfortable and trouble-free place in a convenient location. It was perfect. John was always responsive for any questions. Apartment is very spacious, no clutter, large balcony with view and all essential facilities. I looked forward to coming home after busy day of work during my stay. Highly recommended.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

Station on Greville was a wonderful apartment. The location is to die for if you want good nightlife and food options. Super clean and comfortable. Host was lovely and easy to communicate with. Would definitely book again!

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and in a perfect central location, easy access to the city and anywhere we wanted to travel. Having an allocated parking spot was a big plus. There were also plenty of great cafes nearby, making everything really convenient. Overall, everything went smoothly and it was a perfect stay for us.

Pip's place is just lovely - beautifully renovated and hasn't lost any of its old world feel. It is an easy walk to cafes and parks with the tram to the city just up the road. Located within 10 or so minutes drive of St Kilda made it perfect for us. I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in Melbourne.

This is an awesome place for a family. We loved it for our family of 5. Comfy beds. Great kitchen, with all the necessary tools for cooking. Comfortable, felt safe, and great location for public transit. Loved the park nearby as well. Highly recommend.

What an incredible location and house for our wedding weekend. Ted and Min were lovely to communicate with and helpful whenever we needed them. Gorgeous property!

We stay at a lit of Airbnbs and every now and then one will stand out due to the personal touches. We had fresh fruit, 6 large double yoked eggs, bread,milk, butter and the most beautiful fresh cut flowers. The house itself is like being at home. We called it the Tardis as it looked compact from the outside but was huge inside. James was very arrentative and obviously rightly proud of the house. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had such a fabulous stay. The cottage is well appointed and thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. It’s a very cool and cheery interior. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower pressure was seriously amazing. Josh was really responsive to messages and so thoughtful. The generous touches with some provisions in the kitchen and even treats for our dog were greatly appreciated. The cottage is close to transport and close to the city. So many great cafes nearby. Great central location to explore Melbourne. Highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely home located in a quiet area near great walking paths and parks, and close to public transport and shopping. Ali was quick to respond to a question that I had, and there was everything I needed for my stay. The beds were super comfortable, and I had a lockup garage for my car. I’ll definitely be back!

House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication with the host. My child left behind a motion sensor light under the pillow and we managed to retrieve it by texting host on communication channel. He even went to meet us to pass it back to us several days later.Thank you so much! ◡̈

We absolutely loved our stay and were grateful to call this wonderful apartment “home” if only for one night! The host was very responsive and friendly, making us feel supported and welcome. The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

The hosts were very hospitable and accommodating to our needs and really made our stay extremely pleasant! The place is huge even for a family of 8, not to mention the spectacular view from level 59! Definitely value for money and highly recommended for those looking for a place to stay in the CBD area.
