From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home and welcomed into this peaceful sanctuary. What makes this place truly special are the wonderful animals - dogs, cats, horses, and chickens - who clearly live their best lives here. You can see how happy and content they are, and it’s obvious they’re loved and well-cared for. The cottage itself is cozy and comfortable, but it’s the whole experience of living close to nature that makes this stay unforgettable. Barbora is an exceptional host - warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. She’s created something really special here! Everything went according to the agreement, without a single mess. The house is small but surprisingly spacious and ergonomically furnished inside. The price of the accommodation is very good compared to hotels in Kutna Hora. Living in TinyHouse is probably a lot about habit, but it's a good fit for me. But I might not recommend only people with inferior mobility, the beds are upstairs and the stairs are steeper and narrower due to the limited space. A young family with children +6 ket is perfectly fine, you can also sleep on the sofa on the ground floor if a smaller child wouldn't take the stairs. Fully equipped kitchen - stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, pod coffee maker, basic dishes. Possibility to park behind a closing gate, you can sit on the covered patio. We stayed at outdoor temperatures of 10-12 degrees, heating panels through the heat pump, I would probably not be afraid in winter, the insulation seems good, even the quality of the windows, no coldness from them. Close to a very tasty cafe with desserts and own roaster.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The interior and mostly exterior looked even better than the photos. Great location, lots of options for trips, and especially it's "secluded", so we had privacy and peace of mind. The place had everything we could think of - board games, barbecue equipment, a hair dryer, and more. In short, 100% satisfaction without a single flaw/complaint.

The accomodation was exactly as described and seen in the pictures and was excellent value as well as being within walking distance of the many things to see and do in Kutna Hora. A beautiful accomodation in a beautiful town, would highly recommend especially for the price.
