Felipe's apartment is excellent. It has plenty of space for a family of 4. It has all the amenities and more to make the family stay easy and comfortable. The surroundings are very well served by restaurants and markets that even have great options of ready and fresh meals. Very close to the Brigadeiro subway and easy to reach by foot to Ibirapuera Park and the shopping malls and shops of Paulista Avenue. The location is very central and at the same time the street of the building is calm. Felipe responds super fast and is very flexible. Besides, it has two parking spaces, which makes life with children much easier! We love our stay and we will definitely return in the future!

I traveled with my wife and 1 couple of friends and we all liked the house very much, all very clean, organized and spacious, the Cristian was attentive from the time of the reservation and even very patient and understandable with our delay at the time of check-in. It's definitely a place worth staying, especially if you're going to an event at Allianz.

Simply a perfect environment to rest alone or with the person you love. In addition to the apartment being very well located, the decor and ambiance are impeccable. You can enjoy the hustle and bustle of downtown São Paulo and relax very well at the end of the day while appreciating all the care that has been put into the space. The apartment had even more things than we expected to find and Julia was very quick to answer any questions. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it, especially for those who love plants, relaxing spaces and a beautiful view of the city.

Kadu was a great host, always responds and clears up our doubts as quickly as possible and even gives us tips on places, Airbnb is in a busy and well-policed location, the apartment was clean and perfectly accommodated 7 people, I will definitely stay there again when I go to São Paulo again!!

Excellent place, especially for those who go to events at Allianz. Communication with the AAG team was amazing, the best I've ever had using Airbnb. They were always available to help!

Wonderful stay overall. We had a family emergency and had to stay next to the hospital. It was perfect for our needs.

The stay was great! Super cozy place, well located and with everything we needed. Very clean bathroom, excellent shower, comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen (we only missed a skimmer). We love the details like towels, soap and even toothbrush. We recommend and we would definitely return!
