Margarete's place is literally "cinema". The amenities are all top-tier, and in very good taste. We have immediate and polite support for all our needs during our stay. I recommend to those looking for tranquility and a space to have fun, and very close to São Paulo. Recommended!

Maurício was very receptive and attentive. The house is beautiful and cozy as in the photos. The space was also clean and organized. My family had a really nice weekend, everyone liked it. There was also flexibility in relation to schedule. 🫶

The total space of the property is very good. The photos are identical to the ad, location for those who want perfect tranquility and peace. Erica is responsible for the days in the house, very attentive and helpful. We received all the instructions from the region such as commerce, transportation and others from Emerson. Very good stay.

The stay was magnificent! Everything was very organized, clean and cozy. Neuroma made us a reception card, in addition to making the space carefully ready for use (heated jacuzzi, table set, material to light the fireplace, coffee and sweets available for our arrival). We need to check in and check out at different times and the host was very flexible and helpful! We hope to return soon!

The stay with André and Vera was amazing. We had privacy in the space, flexibility in the arrival time and the place was simply beautiful and very well cared for. My recommendation is to access the property during the day or use the road at night only if it is really necessary. I would recommend the house to anyone who wants a pleasant place to relax in summer and winter, as it is fully equipped with everything! Our dog really enjoyed the space, which is completely fenced in, and even made friends with Vera's dogs. I was able to play cards, watch a movie, cook, paint a coloring book and even relax. Thank you and I will return in the future :)

My brother was visiting us from Canada, and our plan—just my wife, our 10-year-old daughter, and me—was to get out of São Paulo for the weekend and find a peaceful place to relax. What we found was so much more. The property was instantly welcoming, beautifully located, and completely safe, with the owners living on the same lot (though in a separate house). What really sets this place apart is the owners’ flexibility: they’re happy to give you complete privacy or engage in conversation if you’re in the mood. I really appreciated that balance. Suy, in particular, was incredibly kind, and my daughter grew quite fond of her. This is a place for good people, run by good people. I’d give it six stars if I could.

We love the property, the house is well located, with enough beds for our family, well-equipped leisure area, barbecue, ping pong table. We didn't use the pool, as it was rainy and cold, but we used the fire pit and made a fire the 3 days we stayed. We simply love and intend to return. And a super important detail, the owner is Corinthian and that already deserves 5 stars.

Easy check in and location, cute little apartment

Pictures will never do this place justice. This place was so beautiful and clean!! Hosts were so easy to communicate with and very responsive. Great location we walked all over the neighborhood with no issues. As with any new location keep aware of your surroundings.

The environment is really as described in the advertisement (cozy, beautiful and organized). The host responded quickly and clarified all our doubts. The concierge team is also very helpful, attentive and kind. Regarding the neighborhood's safety... there are many homeless people and drug users scattered around the square (something common in any Brazilian state), but just be cautious and don't fool around. Finally, the stay was good and I would possibly stay in the same place again.

I indicate without fear of making a mistake. All very perfect! We love and we will return without fear.

Maickon helped us from the beginning to the end of our stay, provided all the necessary support and made us feel very comfortable in our accommodation! The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need for the comfort and practicality of a stay that we don't find in hotels! The location is excellent, offering easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, shopping malls, as well as easy transportation between the best neighborhoods in São Paulo. The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The piece in the second has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very attentive in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

good accommodation to buy in Brás

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Accommodation in an excellent location. Quiet, easily accessible and secure condominium. The photos correspond to reality. Clean accommodation and bed linen. Excellent shower. And a kind and decisive host. We recommend the place.
