Holiday rentals with lake access in Mairiporã

The total space of the property is very good. The photos are identical to the ad, location for those who want perfect tranquility and peace. Erica is responsible for the days in the house, very attentive and helpful. We received all the instructions from the region such as commerce, transportation and others from Emerson. Very good stay.

Our stay was amazing! Starting with Leandro, who was a sensational host. Very attentive, careful and quick to respond. The farm is beautiful, with an immense and very well-kept green area. The entire leisure area exceeded our expectations and the house is not even mentioned! Everything was very clean and well maintained. If you go with dogs, be aware that there are some points on the wall that big dogs can jump, we went with 4, one of which is a big one and we had to be aware of that. But that's not a flaw, it's just knowing how to control your dogs. Finally, make sure you are going to a complete place, with all the infrastructure you need and that you will have sensational days.

My brother was visiting us from Canada, and our plan—just my wife, our 10-year-old daughter, and me—was to get out of São Paulo for the weekend and find a peaceful place to relax. What we found was so much more. The property was instantly welcoming, beautifully located, and completely safe, with the owners living on the same lot (though in a separate house). What really sets this place apart is the owners’ flexibility: they’re happy to give you complete privacy or engage in conversation if you’re in the mood. I really appreciated that balance. Suy, in particular, was incredibly kind, and my daughter grew quite fond of her. This is a place for good people, run by good people. I’d give it six stars if I could.

We loved our stay at Thalia’s place. The place is beautiful and peaceful. Thalia is very kind, welcoming and responsive. Very close to the wedding venue.

The Chácara is beautiful, it makes us forget that it is in São Paulo with all the green around, the singing of the birds and the view of the lake. The house is cozy and very nice. Also, Renato is a great host — super helpful and proactive, always ready to help. During our stay, we did not have any problems, and Paulo was also super available to answer questions, make suggestions and resolve any issues that arose. We love to spend the holiday there! We will definitely go back and highly recommend.

We love the house! We didn't have any issues during the stay. The house is extremely comfortable, it is in a beautiful place, it is safe for pets and has everything it takes for everyday life: good internet, great shower, kitchen utensils. There is a hammock to enjoy the balcony and at night it is very quiet, good for sleeping. Cleusa was very helpful and attentive. We recommend without hesitation!

Ana Paula's house is a delight. Very well located (but good to remember that it is' hooded 'in a very high area of the condominium, less convenient for those with mobility problems - which was not our case). We spend quiet and very enjoyable days, in the calm of the balcony, living room, garden and 'office' - where have you ever seen an office with a view of those? All very careful and whimsical, well equipped and clean. The house looks like the more antique ones that went through a tasteful renovation without disfiguring the original idea. My mother loved the garden, examined plants, extracted some weeds... That shadow and area in front, overlooking the valley, was a privilege appreciated every day and night we stayed there. Township to return soon. The condominium is another great advantage, as one can roam everything safely and enjoying the abundant nature, in addition to enjoying the club - courts, lake, swimming pool, lawns - for a fee of use. Very clean place.... very wooded. I received all instructions perfectly..... . The perfectly clean and organized house, furniture in perfect condition (perfect mattresses) No broken items. showers work normally. The access road is somewhat bumpy, but nothing more than expected since it is a rural area. It was very worth it, we had a very nice weekend. Agradeco host's support a lot I just need to detail that it would be nice to have rubberized carpets also in the laundry room, two people slipped there but it's worth mentioning that we caught rainy days, so it was slippery!!

Would love to come back and stay at Leornardo’s place. He was a great host and the communication was smooth and felt right at home. Register with the administration to have biometrics done and you’ll be at home coming in and out with facial recognition as you will need this to use the amenities . Two big TVs one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. Also the view from the window is perfect. Very quiet and comfortable stay. Recommend

We were delighted with the accommodation! The place is wonderful, very well cared for and exactly like in the pictures. We were super well received from the beginning. Renan is extremely attentive, flexible and always responded to our messages very quickly and sympathetically. He removed all our doubts and still had the affection to leave a special treat for us when we arrived. It was an amazing experience, we will definitely return and refer to others!

If I could, I'd give it six stars. Complete apartment, well located, everything we needed was within reach, super safe condominium, beautiful and organized with 24-hour security. Everything is impeccable and new, I highly recommend it. I wanted to leave a record of an incident. Due to the bus schedule in my city in Minas Gerais to São Paulo, we arrived in the morning well before check-in, and we asked the host if we could enter a little earlier if possible, the host quickly responded, and as the apartment was already free, it facilitated our entry a little earlier, thank you because we would have been waiting about 5 hours, thanks. When I return to São Paulo, I already know where I will stay again.

The space is really amazing, with a very cool view facing the lake and with a wonderful mountain climate. The house is great! My family loved, were delighted and are already wanting to come back again.

We were in the Sítio in April 2025, for a rest and teaching activity. The space welcomed 15 people very well. The kitchen is large and super complete, the bathrooms were enough, and the water from the showers is very warm. The house is very wide, fresh, and there are many areas for rest and coexistence. The swimming pool was great and all surrounded for the safety of the children. It has a very cool soccer and volleyball field, and with the grass is trimmed and therefore great for leisure. The place is very beautiful, quiet and very pleasant. The game room is very cool, the pool table is great, and it has a lot of board games. We had a great time. Junior was super attentive with us, always available and helpful. Pertinho has a waterfall with a natural pool that is also delicious, we went on foot and took ten minutes of walking. Nearby has a market, has a restaurant in the surroundings, delivery delivery if you need to, and they deliver bread in the morning if you order the night before or very soon and is very close to town.

Our stay at the affective house was wonderful! The place is great for enjoying nature and disconnecting. The cottage is cozy and very beautiful, every detail is carefully thought out. The hosts, Cláudia and Ivete, were extremely kind and helpful from check-in to check-out (We were gifted delicious rain cakes by Cláudia, which made everything even more special). The ecological fireplace is excellent, it makes the environment very warm and it is a charm apart, we love it. We will definitely return at another time!

We had a great stay at the property! Very nice place, middle of the bush itself, with all the tranquility and privacy expected for a trip of rest and celebration.

Everything was great, just as I expected. The place is beautiful and tasteful. Nothing to complain about. Just one detail, there is a cat that lives in the house, and there was a person with us who was allergic. She took an antiallergic and everything went well. The house is very spacious, the bathtub and ofuro perfect. Everything as advertised.
