Very well structured condominium. I went with my wife and 2-and-a-half-year-old daughter. In other AirBnbs with fewer leisure options for children, she ended up getting bored, but the facilities of this condominium are great. The apartment is excellent, exactly like the photos and description. Bruno is extremely accessible and communicates clearly. Certainly, if I return to SP and need accommodation in the region, I will stay here again.

I just loved the stay! The apartment is extremely organized and everything was impeccably clean. In addition, it is very fragrant, which already gives a super pleasant feeling upon arrival. The kitchen is super well equipped, with all the necessary utensils to prepare a good dinner - which was great for me. I used the barbecue and also took advantage of the jacuzzi, which are very easy to use and work perfectly. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. I liked it a lot and I will definitely come back more often. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is exactly as advertised and with a great location: in front of Allianz Park and very close to the mall, bakeries and pharmacy. Another positive point is the availability of a parking space. From the beginning, Edgar was super helpful, polite and attentive. In addition, he personally helped us with the check-in at the reception! I will return more often and highly recommend it!

Some of the many houses lack soul. They have already been so used and forgotten that they have become a hotel room. With the glass house on the mountain the idea is the opposite. In every detail we can feel that an idea was put, a project, a dream. Whether coming from the past or with an eye on the future. From the cute cups and cutlery to the nighttime lighting and modern intertwined metal details in the garden. Encantada! We'll be back. Alexandre and Luciana were very attentive since before we closed the house, until we left. The house served us very well during the stay, it has everything! Swimming pool, barbecue, several bedrooms, bathrooms, TV room, dining room, gym in front, tennis court. Anyway, they were very quiet days for those who need to relax.

Marcio's house is a find: both in terms of landscape and comfort. The apartment is great. I felt absolutely at home. As I like to cook, this point caught my attention , with this island for cooking, in the middle of the room. I would suggest having a few more utensils , such as a pyrex that can be taken to the oven, spoon to stir that does not spoil the teflon of the pots, a blender . The building has a very good security, which it does at the entrance and exit always the porters need to free us. I did not find this a problem, but rather interesting as security. The gym is super complete, the pools are beautiful. Itamar always responded very quickly. The little shops on the same street save everything, and the OXXO 24hs just outside the building. I will definitely return.

Apartment extremely well located, in a region with a wide range of restaurants. Maybe because it is on a high floor, the property is quiet and, what I thought vals highlight: it has blackout curtains, providing even more comfort for sleeping.

The space is even better than in the photos: everything clean, cozy, decorated with great taste and with everything we need to feel good. The location is excellent, close to the market, restaurant and several legal points to know. I felt super comfortable, as if at home. Another special point was the opportunity to make new friends during the stay, which made everything even more fun and special. It was definitely one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. I booked the suite to celebrate thirteen years of relationship and everything worked out. The space is faithful to the photos: high duplex, city view, nice bed, warm bathtub and only women enter, so we feel safe all the time. I was worried because the romantic decorations I bought were delayed, but Marco saved the day: he found a way to decorate anyway. We opened the door and there was already a celebratory atmosphere. Quick check-in at the front desk, girls who were staying were super relaxed. Bia showed us how everything worked and we felt comfortable in the reserved space. In summary: beautiful place, super attentive hosts and the experience was super cool.
