Pictures will never do this place justice. This place was so beautiful and clean!! Hosts were so easy to communicate with and very responsive. Great location we walked all over the neighborhood with no issues. As with any new location keep aware of your surroundings.

Great service from the moment we arrived, we had a lot of constant support, always willing to help, great location with a lot of things nearby, from 24-hour markets and bakery and restaurants, on the corner there is a subway entrance, red line (republica), I highly recommend it.

Place was as described. The entrance is easy to find. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the furnishings of the apartment are very nice.

The environment is really as described in the advertisement (cozy, beautiful and organized). The host responded quickly and clarified all our doubts. The concierge team is also very helpful, attentive and kind. Regarding the neighborhood's safety... there are many homeless people and drug users scattered around the square (something common in any Brazilian state), but just be cautious and don't fool around. Finally, the stay was good and I would possibly stay in the same place again.

We arrived at the accommodation 3 hours before check-in and Luciano kindly let us check in early. The loft is centrally located, close to several tourist spots. The loft is exactly like the listing photos. We loved the stay and recommend Luciano's accommodation.

Clean and tidy space. When things are done with love, there is no price. Automated and flexible home for all apartment environments. I recommend it to everyone!

I can tell you that I found my little corner in my trips to SP! The AP is comfortable... it accommodated very well, we are a couple with 2 children! The building is secure and the AP is very well equipped! Communication was always very easy with the team!

The accommodation is great. A quiet neighborhood, with some restaurants/bars nearby if you want to have lunch or a beer. Alexandre was very solicitous and quick in communication to resolve any doubts or problems. The space is great, but still, a studio, even if it can accommodate 5 people, is not super comfortable for everyone. But it has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, and that helped a lot.

Edgard and his wife's house is sensational. Very well distributed and pleasant. Spacious rooms, clean and fragrant bedding, a super clean house and an incredible gourmet area, with a beautiful view. The sunrise I saw there was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. I highly recommend it!

It exceeded my expectations!! From the beginning, Thomás attended to us promptly, even before we made the reservation. Very polite and helpful. We were with our 6-month-old baby and he arranged a crib for him to sleep in. In addition to indicating a local supplier for breakfast basket. The house's space is simply amazing, better than in the photos. Everything is clean and impeccable, the lighting is the cherry on the cake highlighting all the best that the environment provides. Full kitchen, everything extremely clean and fragrant. Our dogs loved running on the grass, the outdoor space is fantastic. We use everything the house offers, the fireplace, the heated and illuminated jacuzzi and the super comfortable rocking chairs. They were incredible days, my family loved it, we will definitely come back and recommend it. Special mention to Marcio, who always attended to us in a very polite and helpful manner. One of the best places we ever stayed.

The house is really amazing. The design privileges natural light, spaces and contact with nature. With cozy and intimate rustic architecture, the house favors guests' interaction, whether on a pizzas night, wine around the fireplace, chat in the living room or barbecue. My friends and I enjoy the stay and the beautiful property. Victor is an excellent host and makes no effort to ensure a perfect stay. The local staff is very helpful. We are sure to be back soon.

Bruno's place is outstanding. We had an amazing time. Large bedrooms, lots of living space, and beautiful all around. The location is excellent in a private upscale area. A rare gem in Sao Paulo.

We were in a group of 19 people, Renata was always very helpful and we want to leave a highlight to Vanessa and her husband, they were very attentive! The house is wonderful, we love the period we spend there. Quiet place to relax. Super recommend!

Marcio's house is a find: both in terms of landscape and comfort. Its location allows for privacy, the enjoyment of a bucolic and memorable view, as well as having all the amenities to enjoy all of this, whether inside or outside the building. Márcio was very attentive from the beginning, always communicating and offering support, he did not miss anything, especially with the support of the caretaker Maurilio, who was always very polite, courteous and helpful.
