Monthly Rentals in Maho Bay Beach

From start to finish our experience with Ann Marie and stay at Ataraxia Cottage was fantastic! Ann Marie was incredibly communicative and responsive from the start, providing (extremely helpful!) guidance on getting on the car ferry in St Thomas and where to meet her to get to the cottage. The cottage itself was a dream - literally, we slept like logs on a wonderful mattress every night after busy days hiking and on the beach. The cottage provided the perfect haven for our stay - the kitchen is equipped well for small meals, beach chairs and towels provided, and we barely needed the AC - the ceiling fans were enough! We would and will absolutely return to Ataraxia and Coral Bay - slightly off the beaten track and still so easy to reach all parts of St John. Thank you Ann Marie and David for your kindness, guidance and recommendations!

Jamie’s place was absolutely amazing, view from the patio cannot be described in words, way too beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked and she left a few beers in the fridge which was a nice surprise. Kids felt at home right away thanks to all the toys. She also had a lot of beach toys and snorkeling gear for us to use. Jamie’s place was also close to all the beaches we wanted to visit, grocery stores and good food. Jamie was always made sure she communicated ahead of time in case of any power outages to help us plan our activities. Overall don’t think twice before booking Jamie’s place!!!

I loved Thomas’s place. Everything was super clean and organized. We felt right at home. I’m gonna return again with my family soon!

This is an incredible place for an incredible price! The view and the outdoor space alone really made the trip special! This place is in a great quiet location to explore the national park as well as many of the more under-appreciated beaches. Everything that we could have possibly needed during the trip was provided. Bonny even left us a few gallons of drinking water so that we had some when we arrived. Bonny is an incredible host, answered all of our questions, and provided great recommendations on where to buy food and go out to eat, best places to rent snorkeling gear, as well as things to do and see in St. John! The Airbnb is on the smaller side, there are some friendly critters that like to join you, and the power sometimes goes out, however this is a great place for people looking for an affordable place to stay with a spectacular view. You won’t find this value anywhere else on St. John!
