Monthly Rentals in Mahlsdorf-Süd, Berlin

The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and very beautiful. The location is good, with public transportation and markets/pharmacy/restaurants nearby. The area is very peaceful and quiet. Klaus always answered my questions quickly. I recommend it!

Apartment corresponded exactly to the photos, we were very satisfied. When we looked at the garden, it was a feast for the eyes, also the neighboring properties were just as well maintained as the garden of Arleta.

My daughter was able to help us find the place seeing how she lives in Germany. It was very cozy and tucked away. In the garden area Im sure it’s beautiful to sit outside and have a morning coffee. Going in Nov-Dec is a damp and chilly time but the place was very cozy and plenty warm inside. The bed had warm comforters that were perfect. Every thing was marked well for recycling or use of their place. We were mainly there in the early mornings, left around 10am and back by 9pm. We had places to go everyday w/our daughter and had a chance to visit many places in Berlin. The train station was within walking distance and she would meet us there. Some of the mornings we made breakfast and a REWE was conveniently within walking distance. Also a great little cafe. We went to visit my daughter so I knew we’d see all that we wanted too plus. I choose the place mainly for the amenities and distance to the surrounding things. Erika and Hann were lovely hosts and I definitely would recommend.

I stayed for a month in the house offered by Gaby, I had a great time since the house was spacious for one person and set in a beautiful garden where you can sit on beautiful days. A short walk will take you to the bus stop that leads to the S-Bahn station, from which you can reach Alexanderplatz in about 25 minutes. The kitchen is equipped with all useful equipment, including a dishwasher and microwave. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet. Finally, the house has a private entrance. Finally, I would like to thank the two Hosts, Gaby and Michael, who assisted me during my stay.
