Rustic but chic cottage on hill at Dewey Lake1960’s cottage is part of historic Shady Shores Resort that was in my family since 1926. It sits on 5.0 acres of beautiful property with its own 107 feet private beach, horse shoes, fire pit, and 1930s playground. Close to Notre Dame and Lake Michigan. Wineries, apple orchards and Brewery close by. Please note this is a cottage with mini split air conditioner and heater with ceiling fans. Screened in front porch overlooking property.

Two kayaks and row boat available to use. Beautiful fire pit sitting at top of hill with plenty of fire wood. Bags game, horse shoes. Plenty of room for social distancing with 5 acres of property. Pets under 40 lbs on leash welcome.
