The hosts are always very quick. I was staying with my wife. The location is good with markets, pharmacy and bakery nearby. It is about 15 to 20 minutes walking to the beach or the handicraft fair. The apartment has a wealth of details with the distinguished guest. Cleaning every seven days is included and the cleaning lady is very thorough. Even the pillows have their covers changed and have a wonderful smell, just like the towels and sheets. The only thing I didn't use was the bathtub, because the water is cold, there is no heating system, so it's difficult, it really served as a shower and in the gourmet space when it rains there is water that runs right in the middle of the balcony, a real inconvenience, but if you don't go in the rainy season you won't notice, otherwise, the stay was excellent. We loved it!

Spotless Apt. Gustavo is super cautious. Apt was extremely clean, decorated, modern, and very comfortable. There are all the necessary items. The building structure is amazing and super safe. Excellent.

Sensational! We'll be back for sure. The apartment is very well located, facing the sea in Pajucara. There, you can do everything on foot, without having to take the car or take an Uber.

Very well-equipped, clean apartment, with a very beautiful side view of the sea, air conditioning in the bedroom, a washing machine that helps a lot, approximately 150 meters from the coastal road with many restaurants, a large market and a pharmacy on the corner.

We love your stay! Easy to find, by the sea/back street/garage, all well signposted. Fully equipped kitchen, and with basic items (coffee, filter, salt, detergent) - we also leave coffee, filter and spices😬 Super comfortable bed, very dark room for sleeping❤️ There is a food park 5 minutes away that has all kinds of food and drink! Several kiosks on the avenue too! Eduardo also recommended us to very beautiful beaches nearby, 15 min by Uber, Guaxuma and Garça Torta, beautiful and with good structure! The balcony overlooks the sea, and it's a great place to have breakfast there! They even had two beach chairs in the apartment, but we only saw them on the last day🤣 It was an excellent stay and we highly recommend it!

Quiet place to walk, rest. Surroundings with fruit trees, wonderful pool with a sensational view. For a relaxing stay, it is advisable to rent from Monday to Thursday, but for those who want to experience more of a “movement”, Fridays and Saturdays are recommended.

I spent incredible days in this stay! The house is wonderful, with large rooms, excellent leisure area and very well-equipped. The beach inside the condo is a true paradise — quiet during the week and with good structure on weekends. Ideal for bathing and relaxing. The host was super receptive and helpful at all times, which made the experience even better. There was absolutely nothing that displeased us. I highly recommend it!

Sandra’s place was exactly what we needed. We were excited to kick back and relax and this house was perfect for that. Spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms and we just felt right at home. There was easy access to the gorgeous Ipioca beach and to a beach club. The beach was clean, safe and not too busy. The Hibiscus Beach Club is amazing and the entrance being right there made all the difference.

I loved the house of Bruno, a host super attentive to everything we asked for, the extremely comfortable house, perfect if you want to go with your husband and son, the house corresponds exactly like the image, large and complete rooms, wonderful suite, the details of the porcelain tile, the part of the great super complete leisure area, even having a washing machine, we love the stay and we'll be back soon

Very nice apartment, private jacuzzi is an expired view of the sea and forest, the house was a bit dusty, but otherwise it was a very good experience, it would come back more times.

I rented it to my parents who came on vacation to visit. They are elderly and very demanding, and they were extremely amazed by the view and the cozy space. They even called it "our house" several times by mistake. Absurdly quiet, peaceful, super nice doorman, clean space. Joana's son, who welcomed us, was very nice, calm and friendly. Joana is super flexible with schedules, I admired her a lot. We had an excellent time here, I recommend it, we made good memories.
