The hosting experience was the best possible, Mr. Edgar and his wife Sônia were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The house is beautiful, spacious, organized, comfortable and very complete. We were very well received by Vânia, who is the caretaker, a love of person. My family and I were very happy with the stay.

an excellent location, farm experience in a beach spot. cozy house with complete structure and utensils. great location and comfort for the fun of a family, accommodates very well with its spaces and options of utensils. the breakfast is surreal and something I have never seen in my stay on Airbnb. the only point of improvement is to be careful in cleaning the air conditioning and use more anti-milphos in the rooms. but in the rest it was a great experience.

I've had a wonderful experience in this amazing home! The mansion is stunning, spacious and very well-equipped, with a heated pool that was a real differential, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The host was extremely kind and attentive throughout the stay, always available to help and respond promptly to any questions. One detail that made all the difference was the affection with which he received us — even sent us a special treat, which demonstrates the care and attention to the guests. I highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely come back again!

The house is excellent. Espaçosa, organized, with all the utensils you may need for a pleasant stay. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived. The pool is a good size and the housekeeper does the cleaning every day. There is a very nice backyard and garden space, with trees to shade. In the condominium also has a very cool swimming pool. We like it all, especially the tranquility of the place. Seu Hélio is extremely friendly, treated us as friends, responded quickly and gave us several tips for tours in the area. I hope to return soon.

Valdeci was friendly and very helpful from the start. The house is very well structured, with complete utensils, stove, washing machine, etc. It is in the condominium in front of the beach, walking about 100m you are in the sea! Excellent accommodation option, I recommend it to everyone!

Pleasant, cozy, ventilated accommodation, a balcony overlooking the sea. Comfortable new apartment. I stayed with my family for six days, it was very good. We were very well taken care of by the host Adolfo, who guided us in everything we needed, for which we are grateful. We hope to come back more often. We recommend it. It exceeded our expectations.

The apartment is extremely clean and organized. It has everything to make your stay peaceful and comfortable. I saw that you will put air conditioning in the room...it will be sensational! The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable...maybe leaving a single mattress available would be better. The region is excellent, very close to the best location on Ponta Verde beach. I stayed 1 week and loved it, the impeccable space, clean apartment and everything as in the photos, wonderful sea view, market, shopping, pharmacy, everything close, I liked it very much and when I return to Maceió I want to stay in the apartment again.
