The host was very attentive, the house is wonderful and the condominium is very good! ! The environment was very clean, everything very well organized, bedding and bathing clothes very smelling and top quality, swimming pool was almost every day to clean the pool! The condominium, in addition to being very safe and having access to a paradisiacal beach, is in a strategic place for tourism in the region! A perfect week! Accommodation with excellent location, with easy access to the main tourist spots of Maceió. The surroundings have the main services: laundries, pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, etc. There are two beach chairs and a cooler in the accommodation, which demonstrates the attention to detail. Finally, a comfortable place to stay in Maceió.

It was an incredible experience, my first time in Pratagy and I went with my boyfriend, the kitchen is well-equipped and practical to use, the bathroom is clean, tidy and huge, very comfortable, the TV is very large so it made it easy to watch movies/subtitles since I forgot my glasses, the bed is completely comfortable and there is also an extra bed and a mattress, the air conditioning is extremely clean (I am very allergic and suffer in places that do not do proper air maintenance) and the refrigerator is super and it's quiet, we brought water but there was a water cooler on the balcony (which is very comfortable) I spent hours there in the hammock talking to my boyfriend, the place is calm, relaxing, lots of nature and a delight to walk, but you need a lot of repellent, I went out for a walk without it and I came back to put some on because I was all itchy, but there's no way not to love it, Carlos was amazing and helped at all times, he responds quickly, I've never seen a host as polite and helpful as him.

Wonderful , large and very safe apartment. 4 mins walk to the beach and restaurants and cafe downstairs. Security is very friendly and host is very helpful. I liked it so much that I extended my stay for one more week . Hot water has great pressure and AC works very well.

The stay was excellent! The place is exactly as described in the listing – very clean, well organized and with a super pleasant atmosphere. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and new. The kitchen has all modern and functional equipment. Bed linens of excellent quality. Comfortable mattresses, as well as pillows. The building is modern, has a 24-hour gym, a swimming pool and a beautiful view from the rooftop. Excellent location, close to the market, beaches, etc. Paolo is very kind, polite and timely. We loved the accommodation and will be back soon!!!

We love your stay! Easy to find, by the sea/back street/garage, all well signposted. Fully equipped kitchen, and with basic items (coffee, filter, salt, detergent) - we also leave coffee, filter and spices😬 Super comfortable bed, very dark room for sleeping❤️ There is a food park 5 minutes away that has all kinds of food and drink! Several kiosks on the avenue too! Eduardo also recommended us to very beautiful beaches nearby, 15 min by Uber, Guaxuma and Garça Torta, beautiful and with good structure! The balcony overlooks the sea, and it's a great place to have breakfast there! They even had two beach chairs in the apartment, but we only saw them on the last day🤣 It was an excellent stay and we highly recommend it!
