At Sea in Ponta Verde

Ponta Verde is the best beach on the urban coast of Maceió (AL), full of coconut trees and with a green sea. When the tide is low, natural pools form near the sandy strip. The difference is that here are two of the best beach bars in Maceió, Lopana and Kanoa. The stretch of the avenue that runs along the waterfront is blocked off on Sundays to become a leisure area. Waterfront in the most coveted area of Maceió!

The apartment is beautiful and in a fantastic location! The building is facing the sea. Supermarket, restaurants, snack bars, ATMs, craft fair (where all the city tours start), all within a few meters. In short, it is impossible to find a better location in Maceió, because we are in the most touristic m2 of the city! Our house has 2/4 with air-conditioning, LED TV in the living room, two parking spaces, three elevators, swimming pool with barbecue, fitness center, game room, etc.
