This is the dream location — minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. They have everything you need. We had our 4 month old with us and were totally comfortable.

Beautiful setting very convenient for a nice getaway on what feels like an island

Four adults enjoyed the accommodations including ease to check in, communications with Mark and Alexandra, cleanliness of the home, location right on the water with beautiful sunrises, and wonderful walking location to all the Salem attractions. Mark and Alexandra were accommodating to my inquiry for early check-in which was very appreciated. Beds were comfortable. Shower was good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Overall, a great weekend experience at Mark and Alexandra’s home.

We really loved this spacious studio. The landscaping was so beautiful it really added to the experience and a sweet family of bunnies were hopping in front of the windows. The bed is very comfortable and the giant TV was very nice too. We sat on the couch and looked out at the ocean and filled our days with trips to the beach, playground, and local restaurants. It was a fun little staycation that we will most likely book again!!

The apartment was beautiful. Very clean, modern and new. The view from the patio can’t be beat. Walkable to shops, restaurants, beaches and a park. Rachel was very communicative. As some mentioned, the church bells are outside the bedroom window. The fan and noise machine provided did drown out the noise. That said, we would definitely return!

We stayed at Sarah's lovely place for three days in April. We had a great time! The location is perfect, very near shops and restaurants, and also walking distance to the performance center. We didn't get to enjoy the deck because of the weather, unfortunately. Parking is a tight squeeze, but we managed without problems. The downstairs bedroom and half bathroom are small, but they work fine. The view is amazing, and we definitely recommend it!

This was our second time renting this place and again it did not disappoint. We love this apartment and hope to return many more times. It’s such an amazing location and the perfect spot to enjoy the beach. It has everything we could want/need.

Staying at Diana's is a wonderful respite from the hustle and bustle of the summer beach crowd. The place was clean and had all the amenities of a home on a public beach. My 18-yr old nephew and senior citizen parents enjoyed the conveniences of the location.

My family of 3 visited the area for a college graduation. There was plenty of space for us to enjoy. Our favorite was the deck with a view of the river. It was also fun to see a swan and cute doves curled up in the birdhouse in the rain. Pity we were only in the home about 15 hours, but graduation necessitated an early checkout. This home can comfortably host 10-11 people. Anything one would need in the kitchen was provided. There were many thoughtful touches everywhere. This is a great base for a larger family visiting the region.

Property was just as pictured, which I find extremely important. This spot is off the beaten path and quiet with a nice little walking bridge for a stroll. Close enough by car, to all the attractions of Glouchester when your ready to get out and about.

Stayed for a weekend, was absolutely beautiful! The frequent beaver visits was quite the highlight & all amenities were exactly as described!

We really enjiyed our stay and would recommend to anybody else.

I can't say enough about this historical home, location & Julie. We absolutely loved our Thanksgiving & Birthday stay. The house was so charming and had everything we could possibly need. Julie was so nice and helpful through the whole process. Her instructions were very clear in message and inside the home. For us, the two kitties were a bonus. They were super friendly and nice to have around. We cannot thank our hosts enough for sharing their beautiful home with us. We will definitely be back!

Bre was great! She was super responsive and was good with tips for places to go to in Salem when we asked. She also provided a manual for the stay that had tons of recommendations of things to do in and around the area. The home was exactly as it looked and was super duper cute, we also loved being able to come back from our time out and have a nice cozy place to stay.

This house has an exquisite view and setting - so picturesque, one of us who’s an amateur watercolor painter sat in the sunroom one day and painted the harbor channel scene right out the large bay windows! Ray was a helpful, responsive host and the house was clean and well-appointed. A beautiful, quiet, relaxing stay!

Loved our stay at Diana’s place- we were celebrating my bachelorette party. It was nice to be so close to downtown Salem but also on a private street- it’s walkable or a 5 min or less uber drive away. The place has really cool water views out the windows! We had a small fire alarm issue but Diana was very helpful and responsive. I would recommend trying the sauna it was very relaxing!

Mark's place was outstanding. It was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. We chose the location because of the local views (the marsh is so beautiful, and it did not disappoint!) and because of the excellent reviews, and it met all our hopes and expectations. As a fellow Airbnb host who wants a very clean place for my own guests and when I travel, I think this was the cleanest place I've every stayed. It was truly spotless, which was so lovely. Mark was responsive and helpful when we had a question. The bed was comfortable (albeit tall--a short person might need a boost up!), there was so much closet room, and overall plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was bright & well outfitted. We had a wonderful time, even though we arrived in the middle of an unusual late-May Nor'easter. We enjoyed the local restaurants and cute Mayflour bakery, and used Mark's guide book for choosing a beach. We very much hope to come back! Thank you Mark for your kind hospitality!

Had a wonderful stay. Great location right on the beach. Condo was very nice and well equipped.. Sean was a great host. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay! Christina’s condo was comfortable, peaceful and perfectly located. We were walkable to the entire downtown area, museums, the concert venue, walking paths, shopping and restaurants. But the best thing was sitting outside on our private deck overlooking the harbor, with Motif #1 just across the inlet. We almost didn’t want to leave the condo…so gorgeous! And Christina is lovely, making sure we were okay, had everything we needed, so responsive. After the condo coffeemaker stopped working, she kindly offered a gift card to a nearby coffee shop, and before night fell, a new coffeemaker was delivered to the condo! Such a thoughtful host… we will be back!

Spiro was an awesome host. He met me when I arrived, showed me around, and even offered to help me bring stuff in from my car. His home was so clean. I loved the historic photos on the fridge and he had a ton of great books too! The balcony was probably my favorite part with the view of the water. It was also easy to park my car in the street right in front of the home where I could easily see it. I would definitely stay here again.

I would return without hesitation! Charley responded quickly and warmly, shared info that personalized our stay. The space was lovely, clean, a great layout, with wonderful light due to skylights. Great location with an easy walk to town and walking paths along the bay. Could not have asked for better!

Gary provided an amazing experience during our stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to main attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. Gary was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making us feel right at home.
