My stay in Gabriele's apartment was really nice. The apartment is very nice and elegant, recently renovated, and everything was fresh and clean — as soon as you arrived, you could still smell again! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Tuscany and close to the highway, which makes it easy to reach cities such as Pisa, Lucca and Florence. The apartment is well equipped and can comfortably accommodate up to three people. All furnishings look new, and the beds are extremely comfortable. There is also air conditioning, very comfortable in summer and not so common in the area. The kitchen is a little small, but perfectly functional for short stays. Gabriele is a great host — very kind, helpful and always responsive. I highly recommend it to those looking for a cozy and well-connected base to explore Tuscany!

Perfect clean accommodation to simply spend a week by the pool, sunbathing and unwinding. It has everything!, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and very large villa with three bedrooms. There was nothing missing.

Beautiful house and wonderful hosts. We were met at check in and showed the house which is spotless and everything is available and even more than one holiday home needs. For us, it was an ideal position to explore Tuscany. Huge fenced backyard for our 2 dogs who enjoyed it. My advice to use the train to visit Florence, from the house is 8 min by car to the train station, free parking... 1 hour and 10 min drives to Florence and you don't have to look for parking😃. We LOVED this holiday! Chiara was so helpful and friendly all the way through. Our flight was delayed and this was no problem to Chiara with our (very!) late check in and throughout the trip she was there for anything we needed. The property was beautiful, extremely private, relaxing and all round stunning surroundings. Montecarlo isn’t far at all and a lovely place to eat, drink and explore. We felt very at home here and because of our love for Tuscany we definitely will be back to stay here again!
