House holiday rentals in Lumberland

This is a lovely house very close to New Paltz. We had a nice long weekend with the kids and loved spending time in the pool. Susan was a great host. No complaints!

My girlfriend and I stayed in Jonathan’s home for our Valentine’s Day weekend. The house was beautiful and the views were amazing. Jonathan checked in on us to see if we had everything we needed and recommend local restaurants and places to visit he even gave us the time we should wake up to enjoy the sunrise which we did. All in all the trip was a 10/10 and we can’t wait to return!

The home was absolutely beautiful and super relaxing. It was in every way it was described and did not disappoint. The community was beautiful and makes you feel safe. My sister and I had an amazing time. We had so many plans to do outdoor activities and it rained all weekend but this house was perfect for a much needed staying in weekend. Perfect home and perfect weekend!

The graves home was very comfortable. It was very accommodating. It had enough room for the whole family. We were not on top of each other. The beds were extremely comfortable. The last place we stayed at the beds were horrible. These were absolutely comfortable. It was very peaceful and quiet no surrounding neighbors. It was wonderful to wake up and see the deer in the backyard every morning while I was drinking my coffee. The host was great. He responded within 5 to 10 minutes every time I had no issues would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing family getaway. and the pool is wonderful.

I don’t even know where to begin. We have stayed over 75 air bnb’s and this one by far has surpassed our experiences. You do not need to leave the premises at all! We stayed for 2 nights and felt like it was not enough time. Paul and Donna submerged you to total relaxation, party, and fun for every age. My 1 year old had everything she needed and 4 year old loved every activity to the adults having so Much fun! The house is so beautifully decorated inside and out and will be coming back so soon to bring our friends for a parents getaway trip!

Great stay for my family of four and dog at this property on a beautiful part of the lake! Michael was super responsive at all times. House had everything we needed. Overall, a lovely home with a gorgeous view. Loved kayaking on the lake. At times no one else was there! Very peaceful!

We rented this for my brothers bachelor party and it was the PERFECT spot. Super quiet area, tons of stuff to do in the house and in the community, not to mention Masthope mountain is a beautiful spot to be at! The house was awesome and all the amenities were great, the golf sim was down while we were there which was a bummer but everything else about it was amazing!

We had the best weekend at the house with our two young children and dog. We loved the house, we loved exploring the property and close by water. We couldn't be closer to town. I can't wait to go back again!

The Barn at Bloom was perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway. It was very clean and had nice amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen and the robes available to enjoy the hot tub experience were a nice touch. Perfect place to unplug.

Caleb’s place provided a wonderful long weekend getaway for our group of friends. The large deck was perfect for reading and enjoying coffee, and the kitchen was spacious and functional area to cook for our group of 9. Always friendly and prompt communication from Caleb. A great place to escape while still having access to everything you need.

Very private and a great place to stay and spend time with friends. She is extremely responsible and helpful in resolving the issues that we encountered. I strongly recommend this place.

The house was spotless and exactly as described. The backyard is beautiful and really makes this Airbnb stand out from all the others. Check in and check out was a breeze. The location is perfect for any and all outdoor adventures around the Delaware River. I’d reserve this location again in a heartbeat.

Momi and William were great. They communicated well from the time I made the reservation to after check out. Forest View was quaint and cozy, very private and beautiful surroundings. This is an out of the way place, but only a 10-15 min ride in the car to Liberty or Monticello. Our hosts could not be more accommodating. This really is a great place to relax and regroup. We will be back!! 😀

Word fail to describe how beautiful the location and home was. It was in a secluded area in the woods by a beautiful creek. The location was exactly what we needed to get away for the weekend. At the same time, even though it was secluded in a rural area, the house was very luxuriously appointed, with incredibly comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen with professional level amenities (you have all the tools to cook anything you want), outdoor grill, hot tub, natural fireplace, and a high tech entertainment system. It really felt like a luxury hotel in the middle of the woods. All three of our kids really enjoyed it as the home was also stocked with board games, coloring books/sheets, and kid friendly amenities. The location also can’t be beat as it was also very close to the Delaware River, and for those who’s interested in local history, which I was, Pond Eddy Bridge and D&H Canal was all nearby. Can’t say enough about how clean and well maintained the home was. Will be back!

The location of this home is beautifully private. The yard is serene, and the fire pit is amazing for an early summer evening. The kitchen is stunning, and filled with all of the essentials. We had one minor issue with the lock on our 2nd night, but they were so responsive (even late at night) to help us get inside. There were so many fun games in the home, so it would be great for families!

Miguel was the easiest person to communicate with. He was so helpful and answered my questions before I even asked them. Very hospitable! Beautiful place!

The Victorian was a beautiful home and very well appointed. We enjoyed the recreation area near the falls, having our morning coffee by the fireplace, and using the sauna in the chilly weather was quite an experience! We hiked a nearby trail and were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful lake and views of the Delaware. Milford is a quaint town with nice shops and restaurants where we spent a nice afternoon. Thank you Travis for a memorable weekend retreat during this hectic holiday season!

Our stay at Courteney’s place was better than I could have imagined. It was the perfect place to get snowed in for the weekend! It was warm, cozy, and comfortable. We had everything we could have ever needed for our short stay; from kitchen appliances to games and more. Courteney was a wonderful host, always responsive and extremely helpful. She was very accommodating to the incoming weather, letting us get in early and leave later than anticipated. We woke up to a plowed driveway, making it easier to get out safely. The place itself was just perfect for two. The bathroom/tub was a dream. We loved our time here! Thank you!!

Staying at the “nook” was just what we needed for our long weekend! We loved the peaceful surroundings, thoughtful decor and amenities inside and the close (but not too close!) location to the charming town of Narrowsburg. 10/10!

We had an amazing time staying at Nature’s Peak! The view from the porch is absolutely stunning - even though it rained during our stay, it made everything feel even more peaceful and cozy. It’s the perfect place to unwind and disconnect. Cherie is incredibly responsive and helpful, always making sure everything goes smoothly. She truly goes above and beyond as a host.

Lovely 2 night getaway! Hubby and I were visiting dear friends just a few miles from Micah's home. It really worked out nicely. I was pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous lake just steps from the house. We also enjoyed the large kitchen and the gas fireplace in living room. :) Aside from home cooking at friends' home, we enjoyed drinks and bites at River's Edge and breakfast at Irene's Diner. :) Also had time to visit Narrowsburg again. (Tried Big Eddy Brewing for first time. Yum to their brisket and beer!)

We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The house had everything we needed—well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy living area to relax. The location was perfect, and the host thought of all the little details that made our stay extra special. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
