Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Lugano District

We loved spending our week-long stay with our two kids and dog at this villa. As soon as the door opens, you arrive at this beautiful and gigantic entrance hall that gives access to all the rooms of the house and attracts you to the outside where the view is just amazing. The indoor space is very large, clean and well kept. The decoration and furniture are old style but of high quality which makes all the charm of this villa. The outdoor area and large pool are well-maintained and offers breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The contacts I had with Alex and Claudia (hosts) were very nice and their responses were very quick. Their directions are clear and they also inform us about the activities to discover nearby/shops/restaurants which is very useful. Thanks to them for allowing us to create wonderful memories!

Perfect property, perfect location, direct lake access. Nothing to complain, we enjoyed every day.

House for nature lovers. In the middle of the forest with a large private garden. You have many opportunities to relax around the house. It is simply but conveniently furnished. The individual floors can each be reached via an external staircase. We enjoyed our stay in this oasis of peace.

Unique house with stunning views and great character

We enjoyed our stay at Villino. The cottage is stylishly furnished and offers all you need for a comfortable stay. The garden, the view of the lake, a very good restaurant just around the corner, the pretty swimming beach and the boat dock are also within walking distance...we can highly recommend the Villino for relaxing days......the communication with Jeannette was very friendly and efficient, thank you again for the nice stay.

Very nice architectural house from the 60’s in a very nice community, Cademario/Lisone - we had a great stay there. The house was big and had a lot of amenities. The view and surroundings are also great!

We have spent about a week in Casa Edera. We were a group with different ages. But everyone was comfortable in this house. The garden is very well kept and having meals in there or in the Rustico can be a very pleasent experience. This place is well equipped for any circumstance. Also in a rainy day, it is pleasent to be inside or have a nice walk in the rain in that quiet area. Priska's suggestions for trips are very helpful. You can easily spend a week by doing different things every day. The area is very quiet. The road beside the house is narrow, but it is not so difficult to get out of the parking lot. Casa Edera can be a very nice place for a family vacation and have very nice memories from it.

For the intended purpose (working), the place was perfect. Dear, uncomplicated hosts, highly recommended!! A little unfortunate that the house is in the shade practically all day from the location (we had 2 weeks of permanent sunshine). In the summer, however, this should be very attractive.

We enjoyed our stay here, the property is wonderful and bigger than expected. We found the beds extremely comfortable, beautiful views with great amenities in the apartment. Bruno and his partner are both very friendly and made our stay extra special.

Awesome stay, best place I've tried in Lugano yet. Pretty much exactly like expected from pictures, and the outdoor space is surprisingly large. You do hear everything from the hallway very well, but otherwise all is nice and quiet. Grazie mille

Our stay at Regula's apartment was completely perfect. The apartment is well equipped and the direct location on the lake is fantastic. Regula is a super friendly host. We enjoyed the stay very much and will definitely be back.

We - two adults and one dog - spent 11 wonderful days at Villa Rocchetta. Elaborately and stylishly renovated and tastefully furnished by Paolo for years, the villa is a true gem. The terrace and several small balconies offer a sight of Lake Lugano. The garden also invites you to linger. Paolo is the perfect host. Friendly and accommodating, he always responded immediately to our requests. We felt completely comfortable.

Very satisfying, quiet location, but few opportunities for young people

Emanuele is a great host! His place is extremely well organized and is exactly shown in the photos. The house is very clean and comfortable. He is very responsive and helpful. His property is located just behind the beach therefore very easy access to the lake. Very peaceful vicinity. The view from balcony is fascinating. Our stay was beyond our expectations! I would definitely come back this property.

Martina is very kindly, helpful and responds quickly to questions. We were her first guests and we had a fantastic time. The house is very complete and comfortable with a splendid view on the Lake of Lugano and the city. This house is for people who love comfort and tranquility. We will definitely come back. The place was beautiful and the location completely peaceful and in nature. We were a group of 5 people and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the chalet. We cooked meals there, played boardgames. It was a really nice experience and Eveline was so friendly to correspond with - answering all my questions. The only thing I will say about the place (that shouldn't deter you from booking) is that it is a 30-40 min climb up. So if you are doing the climb with provisions and you have a heavy pack, it can take longer and require quite a good level of fitness. Also, another tip is to try and reach the chalet in the day. We did the climb in the rain, approaching twilight and the chalet was hard to spot (low light). You can opt for a helicopter which is affordable. We plan to come back over summer and use the helicopter for all our heavy stuff!

Absolutely recommended! The Rustico is fantastically located, beautifully quiet and in harmony with nature. Beautiful rustico, practical and very stylishly furnished. Lots of nearby excursions. Communication with Bernadette was excellent. She was very helpful and gave me good tips for excursions. I'd love to come back! Thank you so much for the unforgettable holidays!

A beautiful place in the middle of the woods – highly recommended! Alois welcomed us very warmly and was always helpful. He gave us all the important information, so we immediately felt comfortable. The cottage is lovingly furnished and ideal for unwinding and enjoying nature. I'm sure we'll be back!

It was just right for a little getaway. I was able to refuel super; the surroundings and the house were a dream. I felt very comfortable right away. Andy was always very helpful and hospitable, thank you for everything. I can highly recommend the place. I would love to come back - next time with my family.

Mountain house surrounded by nature with breathtaking views that, alone, is worth the asking price for the stay. The house is spacious (we were in 5 adults) and has everything you need for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The two wood-burning fireplaces available are more than enough to heat the spaces in a short time and give a timeless atmosphere. Mario is an extraordinary host: responsive, very kind and available. The directions and instructions you gave us on the different roads to get to the house were clear, real and useful. In short: I recommend everyone to stay in Mario's house, you will not be disappointed!!

It was a fantastically quiet and beautiful stay in picturesque surroundings. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay for some peace and quiet. Very rustic feeling. Also be ready for some improvisation since electricity isn‘t guaranteed and you may need to improvise a fridge to keep food cold or have dinner in the company of a cozy gas light. All in all a great place to stay and Maru was super friendly and helpful
