Apartment holiday rentals in Lugano District

Our stay went very well. Just to clarify, the sofa bed is more suitable for a child as it is not very comfortable. The place is very nice, mountain view, beautiful terrace, washing machine in the studio very convenient. Quiet place while being close to the center of Lugano. I would recommend this place without hesitation. The host was responsive and available.

Perfect location. close to train station using funicular. It's a shame we only had 1 night.

The accommodation, the village and the surrounding area are very nice. We liked the quiet location of the apartment (and yet in the middle of the village) very much and provided relaxation. The apartment is well equipped. The roof terrace is particularly great for shared use. We will be happy to come back to Astano.

We can only recommend the former customs house: Vincenzo's helpfulness and hospitality, the location, and the cleanliness! Simply great! Highly recommended.

Francesco's place is lovely!! It's even better and bigger than the photos. The location is great, it's within walking distance from the main parts of town but nicely tucked away as well in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is spacious, clean, and quiet - it has everything you need. The view is absolutely incredible and so worth the stay. The pool is also such a nice perk. Francesco himself is so kind, accommodating, and helpful! We 100% recommend staying here.

We - two adults and one dog - spent 11 wonderful days at Villa Rocchetta. Elaborately and stylishly renovated and tastefully furnished by Paolo for years, the villa is a true gem. The terrace and several small balconies offer a sight of Lake Lugano. The garden also invites you to linger. Paolo is the perfect host. Friendly and accommodating, he always responded immediately to our requests. We felt completely comfortable.

We stayed at Annalisa's for 2 days (two nights) on our way to Italy. We could imagine staying longer in the beautiful apartment and surroundings. Annalisa was very welcoming. Lovely apartment - modern furnishings in the living and sleeping areas, and a view that you just cannot get enough of. My wife and I stayed for 4 days, and could easily have made it a week. Nice and quiet area with a couple of places for a coffee or glass of wine within 15-20 mins walk, and a nice walking 45-60 min loop with incredible lake views right out of the front door. Highly recommended!

Aurelia’s , studio was beautiful the lake view was better than the pictures taken I Highly recommend booking here as the surrounding area and overall property price is extremely decent.

Absolute gem of a location with a host that goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. Any questions were answered and resolved super quickly. Host is gracious, polite and very friendly. Location could not be better - walking distance to everything! Flat is spacious and has everything you need to feel at home! This was our apartment when we moved continents and we could not be happier!

Very good, just be aware that the apartment is in a 5 star hotel. It takes a little getting used to normal. Poll consumption very expensive. But you can't and don't have to. Otherwise service in the pool very very good . Recommended again and again.
