Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lugano District

We stayed for my sisters bachelorette weekend and it was amazing. Perfect for 6 girls to relax, the pool with its view is a 10/10. The kitchen was fully equipped. Hannes was a great host making sure we had all information we needed. Definitely coming back again. My recommendation: pack light and in smaller bags, you have some steps to the house. 😅

Casa Sarina is very nice and quiet and has a fantastic view over Lake Lugano. In the village of Carona there is a small kiosk that provides everything for everyday needs. For larger purchases, however, you have to drive into the valley via the serpentine road. From the property you can either walk directly or take wonderful walks through Vico Morcote to Morcote or Monte San Salvatore after a short drive by car. The place was very clean and as described by the landlord. Markus and Anna are very loving hosts and have enriched our stay with many tips. We would choose this accommodation again anytime.

The house was a perfect place for me to stay for 5 nights. Very comfortable, well equipped and a stunning view from the upstairs bedroom. Hope I can come back one day. Thank you Daniela for your hospitality. Everything went so smooth and enjoyable. Best regards, Renate

We (two families, four children), felt very comfortable with Bruno. The house is comfortably and functionally furnished. Only a little inconvenient: There is only one toilet on the basement, which can be reached via a relatively steep staircase. Otherwise: beautiful, quiet environment, great playground nearby, forest, creek. Beautiful veranda. And Lugano can be reached quickly by public transport and car. The communication with Bruno was always friendly, he very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend staying with him.

The apartment is spacious, modern and bright, in a very charming little village. There are always parking spaces nearby. It's a good place to stay! Great for exploring the surroundings.

This very nice Chalet (which might have been an old Rustico) is in a really prime location, with magnifincient views over the lake and the mountains. The location is very quiet, also as it is at the end of a tiny private road. The house is well-equiped, and well prepared for us. We are a family with 2 small kids (5 and 11), who enjoyed the views, the garden and the wild life (especially the lizards) all around the house. Highly recommended. We will be back.

We had great days in the accommodation, it was very tidy and the kitchen was very well equipped. We were not very lucky with the weather, but we were able to use the "TV room" extensively. They always responded very quickly to our questions and we felt we were in good hands. The small bathing section is a highlight and I could still use the SUP boards, it was a lot of fun.

Riccardo and Vittoria place is just great. We felt right at home. Adding to that, Riccardo gave us lots of recommendations and tips to visit the surroundings. Thanks again for the hospitality!

Our stay went very well. Just to clarify, the sofa bed is more suitable for a child as it is not very comfortable. The place is very nice, mountain view, beautiful terrace, washing machine in the studio very convenient. Quiet place while being close to the center of Lugano. I would recommend this place without hesitation. The host was responsive and available.

The apartment is located in Aldesago, very close to the Lugano city and with breathtaking view on the lake - the area is really well commuted (bus no. 12 or funicular). Inside you have everything you need - nicely equipped kitchen, superclean bathroom and very comfortable beds! The view from terrace is truly stunning! It was also so nice to be able using swimming pool belonging to the facility! Although we’ve been already in Lugano few times before, I think, this staying was the best one ;) P.S. the owners are angels 😇

Piero and Nadia are excellent hosts ensuring our stay went very smoothly. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the terrace taking in the view, and in the evening watching the sun go down.

The accommodation, the village and the surrounding area are very nice. We liked the quiet location of the apartment (and yet in the middle of the village) very much and provided relaxation. The apartment is well equipped. The roof terrace is particularly great for shared use. We will be happy to come back to Astano.

Highly recommended!!! We felt very comfortable in Elkenda's apartment. The apartment was sparkling clean and offers everything you need for a stay. It is very well equipped and there is plenty of storage space for luggage. Elkenda was very attentive and hospitable. She always responded to our messages immediately. Francesco's place is lovely!! It's even better and bigger than the photos. The location is great, it's within walking distance from the main parts of town but nicely tucked away as well in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is spacious, clean, and quiet - it has everything you need. The view is absolutely incredible and so worth the stay. The pool is also such a nice perk. Francesco himself is so kind, accommodating, and helpful! We 100% recommend staying here.

One of the most stunning locations you can imagine on Lugano. Right on the lake, 3 storeyed and superbly kept. Don't think. Just go for it if you are considering Lugano. Fantabulous views.

Marugg's place exceeded all of our expectations!!!! Lugano was our final stop on our 2 week family trip through Italy. We experienced many beautiful places throughout the 2 weeks but Marugg's place exceeded them all!!! The attention to detail was phenomenal. The location was 'perfetto,' the views spectacular and the home pristine. Our grandchildren made excellent use of the pool and the outdoor space was incredible! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the expansive patio area soaking in the tranquil views of the lake and all of the beautiful flowers. The smell of honeysuckle abounded outdoors ~ Marugg's home truly encompassed all of the senses. We cannot recommend it enough and we can't wait to return on our next visit to see our Swiss family! Marugg, thank you so much for your kind hospitality! We feel honored to have been welcomed into your exceptional home. We made so many beautiful memories with our family. I booked a one-night stay en route from Luzern to Milan. The listing was as described, and though it was fairly bare bones, I had everything I needed for a short stay. It was away from the crowded areas though still easily commutable by bus and even walkable. The view of the lake was lovely, and I especially loved the honeysuckle-lined path to the garden.

I can only agree with the positive reviews. We were very warmly welcomed by Nuria and she gives the best that we feel comfortable (in any case she succeeded) The apartment is very creative and imaginatively designed. I'd love to come back!! 😀

We loved Romana and Dietrich's house and the location. The lake and mountain views are fantastic, the house is bright and spacious, with views in all rooms! Plus CDs and a great playlist! And especially a big thank you to Romana and Dietrich for their friendly welcome, their attention, and the time they spent with us. We already want to come back and we highly recommend this wonderful place!

Incredible location with an amazing view.

The accommodation is in a fantastically beautiful location – ideal for relaxing. Andrea and Raffi were very warm, wonderfully uncomplicated and helpful, we felt welcome from the first moment. Everything was very clean and lovingly furnished, you can tell that a lot of heart is put into it. We will be happy to come back!
