I spent 1 night in the accommodation and felt very, very comfortable. Everything was very uncomplicated and very cozy. There is a lot of love in this house. I'm looking forward to the next stay at the next opportunity.

Nice stay. We chose to buy with breakfast and we were also happy with it.

Very nice room we had. The bed was very comfortable. The location was beautiful, only a few minutes to Lake Pönitz. I definitely recommend. But I must also say, we were only there for one night. But Silvia is a very nice hostess.

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet atmosphere.

The former country-style estate has a cozy charm and the apartment is very detailed and thoughtfully furnished, you immediately feel comfortable. Optionally, one can book the breakfast buffet in the house, where there is something for everyone. Communication was super straightforward, you can also communicate with the landlords via mobile phone and they are directly on site if you need anything. Each apartment has its own parking space, we were even able to occupy 2 spots, as the other apartments were not fully booked. Since the yard is in the middle of a residential area, there is also plenty of street parking available. Price/performance is great here, we would always love to come again!

Spent a night here during a bike trip. Very nicely decorated and cozy. Also pleasant is the self check-in via key box, as I arrived very late.

We wanted to find something a bit off the beaten path of gigantism and mainstream on the Baltic Sea - this doll's house is something very special!

By rest, relaxation and feel-good factor 100%. Mattress quality 100%. Cleanliness 100%. The small breakfast buffet was rich, 100%. Thanks for the hot chocolate☺️. There was always a parking space available on the premises, convenience factor 100%. A well hidden bicycle parking space was also available, 100%. Mareike can and will be happy to recommend. We were very happy with the place. The rooms are very nice and clean. The surrounding area is very quiet. We particularly liked the fact that there are many excursion destinations in the surrounding area, so we never got bored. Also, Stefanie was very nice and she was a great host. We will definitely come back again!

We are already looking forward to the next stay. We were received in a very friendly manner. Although we booked at very short notice, everything was prepared for us and the baby bed was already set up with its own huge towel for our 10-month-old daughter. Everything was very inviting, clean and thoughtful. The atmosphere in the entire house is just great. Absolutely recommended even with small children.

Philip was a really good host and the place was nicer than in the photos. I hadn't seen the opportunity on Airbnb to have the room facing the sea, I wish our room was facing the sea. (Our room had a view of the beautiful courtyard) You can not only kayak and... drive there, but also have fun swimming. Their products were also very tasty, especially honey and raspberry jam. It is worth mentioning that you should use nearby restaurants (about 5 minutes by car) for lunch and dinner. You will certainly enjoy your stay.

We were a group of 5 people traveling together and we really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and open. An earlier check-in was flexibly possible. The rooms themselves were very clean and all beds made/towels laid out. We liked using the shared living and dining room with coffee maker and fridge. It was also possible to borrow existing games and books. All in all a great place to stay - gladly come again. 😇🫱🏼‍🫲🏿

Really good place in a calm area. Roger is a nice host and he served a tasteful breakfast with bread and many toppings.

We lived with 4 adults and 3 small children (0, 1, 2) in Villa Kunterbunt. The grounds and the house are unique and beautifully located. The adjacent farm cafe is cute and the breakfast buffet offered is highly recommended. The equipment is - as listed - bright but everything essential is available and in an acceptable condition. We were warmly received and will be happy to come back. The double beds are particularly noteworthy. These were extremely comfortable and we are all often used to worse from other apartments. Baby bed and high chairs were already ready. Also a super service!

Great location, very idyllic, terrace overlooking meadows and horses

Very relaxed, quiet and atmospherically dense place to stay. We were warmly welcomed and were allowed to make the property our own and travel in time. Breakfast in the conservatory, then with a book from the library to the meadow and linger in the evening with candlesticks in the back room. In addition, lovingly furnished rooms and a lot of historical backgrounds of Frauke and her family. A nice place and not the last visit!

Were as a family of 4 in this beautiful apartment. Super stay, delicious breakfast. All locations in Warnemünde are within walking distance as the location is close to the old stream. Recommendation!

Very nice and stylishly furnished room. A beautiful garden that I was allowed to use. Karin is very friendly and helpful. I'd love to come back. The Karl May Festival is only a 30-minute walk away.

It made you feel right home. We were allowed to arrive in peace. At breakfast, the first question was if we slept well. The question of the room number then came quite casually later, super relaxed! The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good both qualitatively and from the selection! Very happy to come back and highly recommended.
