Very nice room we had. The bed was very comfortable. The location was beautiful, only a few minutes to Lake Pönitz. I definitely recommend. But I must also say, we were only there for one night. But Silvia is a very nice hostess.

The former country-style estate has a cozy charm and the apartment is very detailed and thoughtfully furnished, you immediately feel comfortable. Optionally, one can book the breakfast buffet in the house, where there is something for everyone. Communication was super straightforward, you can also communicate with the landlords via mobile phone and they are directly on site if you need anything. Each apartment has its own parking space, we were even able to occupy 2 spots, as the other apartments were not fully booked. Since the yard is in the middle of a residential area, there is also plenty of street parking available. Price/performance is great here, we would always love to come again!

We felt very comfortable with our dog with Sonja and Heiko. Only rarely can you find so lovingly designed and hospitable accommodations. It was really like we were visiting good friends. We will definitely be back! Thank you again for the beautiful time in Lubmin!

The breakfast was a dream and prepared absolutely individually and with attention to the details. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. The place was spacious and very quiet and relaxing. There was always a parking space available on the premises, convenience factor 100%. A well hidden bicycle parking space was also available, 100%. Mareike can and will be happy to recommend. The Aracelia Forsthaus in Sellin is cozy and has its own charm. The owners are very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and extensive. The room where we were allowed to stay was cozy with a large TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening. Our bathroom was large and spacious. Everything was clean and we felt very comfortable. A good and inexpensive address if you need a place to stay in Sellin.

Very relaxed, quiet and atmospherically dense place to stay. We were warmly welcomed and were allowed to make the property our own and travel in time. Breakfast in the conservatory, then with a book from the library to the meadow and linger in the evening with candlesticks in the back room. In addition, lovingly furnished rooms and a lot of historical backgrounds of Frauke and her family. A nice place and not the last visit!
