We wanted to share this property and all its magic with anyone who genuinely appreciates the outdoors. Sip your morning coffee to the sounds of wildlife just a few minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg.

Spend your time relaxing, playing games or swimming in the heated cowboy pool (which is a 10 foot stock tank) in the common leisure corral. Visit the 12 wineries, brewery or 2 distilleries that are within one and a half miles of Pecan Casita. Fredericksburg is a short drive away.

Known by locals as "The Old Speer Home", this charming home is located within walking distance of historic downtown Blanco. Our place is ideal for couples and solo adventurers.

Perfectly situated 5 minutes to Comfort, 25 to Kerrville, 25 to Fredericksburg & 20 to Boerne: Great for taking advantage of all the dining, shopping and attractions in the hill country. Also an especially good location for bicyclists & motorcyclists. One small house-trained dog that remains leashed while outdoors is welcome.
