Arrived at this charming bungalow to find it spotlessly clean, the host was incredibly responsive and kind. Lovely hamper left for us on arrival giving that little bit extra of a homely feel. The bungalow was very spacious and had all we needed for our stay. Beautiful surroundings and a great location for all we wanted to do. Thank you Daniel for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

This was such a a great spot for our Cornwall vacation. We wanted something central to the whole peninsula and this fit that well. Beyond location, what a fantastic place! Lots of room, well appointed, beautiful garden, beautiful surroundings. We can't say enough about this spot. Matt was a fantastic host, very helpful and easy to communicate with. 10/10 would recommend for anyone wanting to be in the Cornwall area, or even just looking to escape and have a beautiful secluded holiday away from it all.

Lemon Lodge was perfect for a week getaway with our 3 children. We used it as a base to visit various places and it is perfectly located to reach the Eden project, Looe, Launceton railway, Bodmin jail and more within 30-40mins at most. The bungalow itself was small, but mostly everything we needed was there and it was clean and comfortable. With a couple of small tweaks (like making sure there are batteries in the tv remote and lightbulbs in rooms), it would be perfect for a quiet holiday. The only couple of things I would say to make other people aware: the listing says it includes wifi and the host does provide codes to use it, but it is the site wifi rather than specific to the bungalow, and it is very poor (disconnects frequently and slow). The living space is also very small with limited seats. We managed as our children are small and happy to sit on the floor/bean bag, but it would be tight with older teens or more adults. Still a lovely place to stay and would recommend.

Linda is the perfect host and there's everything you might need at the property including a few extras which were so much appreciated. So peaceful, a place to either relax completely away from the world (yet a supermarket just 12m drive away) or a base to explore so much that is too see in Cornwall. Or both! But don't miss the beautiful Golitha falls just around the corner. If you're into walking there's walks from the doorstep and the Moor has so much to see, didn't know this as in the past I've just visited beaches. Beautiful countryside and an abundance of ancient monuments. Staying inland gave me a new appreciation for Cornwall.
