Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lower Township

We had a great stay at Matt’s place! The house was super clean and comfortable, and it was in a great location — everything we wanted to do was just a short drive away. It was the perfect home base for our trip. The only small issue we noticed was that the shower seemed a bit clogged, likely just some sand in the drain from the beach — nothing major, and it didn’t take away from our overall experience. We’d definitely stay here again! They were also super responsive which we appreciated.

Sue’s place was a comfortable and relaxing home. It was spotless! Beds were comfy and we had zero issues with anything. When we were challenged with logging into the tv service, Sue was responsive and diligent until the situation was resolved. Quiet neighborhood with friendly people. We really enjoyed it and can’t wait to come next year!

Hassle free check in with clear instructions. The house was perfect, walked in and I felt at home, there were snacks readily available when you walk in. Everything was super clean and neat. The TV in both rooms were amazing as they had streaming apps for guests as well as clear instructions of how to use it. They were responsive and checked in to make sure i knew they were there for anything I needed.

We really enjoyed being so close to the bay. Very peaceful location. The house was clean, neat, and nicely decorated. Queen bed was very comfortable. Nice back yard space. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor shower was wonderful. We appreciated that plenty of towels and linens were provided. Linda was friendly and responsive. Meeting her dog Cider was an added treat!

My wife and I spent the week at Rick's condo with our 2 young children. Rick reached out beforehand to make sure we were all set, it was very clear easy to enter. The condo was noticeably very clean and quiet. It had everything we needed, and was quite child-proof which was a plus. The beach and town is a very quick drive away, parking was no issue for us at all. The beds were comfortable we all slept great, washing machine & dryer worked well, TV was easy to use with plenty of channels. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and it was the perfect way to kick off summer! My friends and I really enjoyed this spot. The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood- great for families or a girls’ getaway. The vibe and decor are super cute and fun. It was spotless when we checked in and felt really cozy and welcoming. It’s also really close to downtown, which made exploring super easy. Leslie was so sweet and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing and fun stay with your favorite people!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Our dog especially enjoyed being here too. We had everything we needed available. Very close to everything we wanted to get to. Would love to come back here with family if possible. Love it here. Thanks for the experience!

We are repeat customers and have enjoyed our stays at this lovely cottage. Far away from crowds and close enough to a dog-friendly beach. More importantly, one of the rare places in the region where you can catch lovely sunsets on the beach. Highly recommend.

Really nice and charming place to stay! The house was very clean and decorated nicely. The winery was a really cool place to stay, there were roosters and other small animals nearby! The location was great, really close to other parts of cape May(we had a car so no trouble at all getting around). Don’t believe anyone was staying at the cottages near us but nonetheless it was extremely quiet and peaceful!

We loved this place, dog friendly and close to all of the beaches and vineyards! Rocco was lovely and very accommodating, we hope to come back soon!

really nice place that matches every description on the listing. hosts were very communicative and reached out multiple times to see if anything else was needed. overall a very nice place at a very reasonable price with very nice and helpful hosts. I will definitely try to book again next time in wildwood!

Our second visit to Tim and Cathy’s condo…love it! We hope to go next year again and stay there..I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice peaceful area yet not far from the boardwalk. The bay is only half block away in other direction also…great vacation! I thank them for sharing and all the hard work that goes into keeping a rental so nice and up to date.

Our stay was just ideal. Laurel's kindness in providing coffee, milk and breakfast items was thoughtful and thoroughly appreciated. We had a delighful stay and would recommend this accommodation.

The place is very comfortable, easy to get to, and convenient. About Paul: It's hard to find someone as humane as him these days. He's an honorable person. I recommend this place 100%.

I highley recommend staying at 11 Delaware! My friends and I found it to be quite pleasant and just the right amount of space. The unit was clean on arrival and although I had some trouble getting in (not at fault of the listing, my own user error lol) the owner Jennifer Anne was amazing! She took my call right away and walked me through everything until I was inside and settled, I was very appreciative. Parking was easily accessible which was a plus, and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall the space was perfect for what I needed it for. My only 2 notes would be that 1. The beach at the time we went was not suitable to swim as there were thousands of horseshoe crabs, I suppose it’s the season I was unaware. The owner/host is wonderful and if you need assistance I highkey recommend contacting her. The caretaker however I found to be a bit rude. A friend left their bag in the unit, and after paying close to $850 for a 2 night stay I had expected a bit of a kinder tone from her.

We loved staying at Steve and Louise's beautiful property. Watching the sun rise and set over the tidal wetlands was magical, and there were many amazing birds. The fenced yard was great for our dog. The interior had good natural light, which is unusual for a ground floor unit with a balcony over it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Steve was very nice, and made sure to check on us frequently to see if we needed anything, and stopped by to chat a number of times. As listed, the indoor shower is small but the outdoor shower is much larger. I used the outdoor shower and the water pressure was great. It might be difficult for someone elderly or with mobility disabilities because it's a little hard to balance on the sloped slippery wood. The location is perfect - between Stone Harbor and Cape May Courthouse so it is convenient for necessities, but easy to get to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.

The house was very spacious and accommodating. Great location near the beach and boardwalk. The host always responded quickly and was very easy going. We would definitely stay here again.

LOVED our stay at The Crest Beach House! We came a few years ago and knew this was the place to go when we wanted to return to the area. The new design is gorgeous. It perfectly captures that fun, nostalgic Wildwood vibe but feels so fresh, clean, and elevated. You can really tell how much thought went into every detail. The updated living area was one of our favorite parts — having a real sitting space made it feel like home. We could put the bedding away during the day and actually enjoy watching TV, playing games, and relaxing together. The location is still unbeatable — just steps from the beach and close to everything. Plus, all the amenities made packing super easy — from kitchen essentials to the little touches that make a vacation stress-free (like extra supplies for our toddler! - plates, utensils, beach toys, children books, sound machine, gated toddler pool section) Our favorite part is enjoying our morning coffee & tea on the balcony while listening to the waves 🌊 💗

Tai’s places was such a nice stay for my husband and I. The apartment was well cleaned and comfortable. It was a great location for getting to the beach, shops, and restaurants easily. We would definitely stay again!

My wife and I came to Cape May for a quick weekend getaway and got exactly what we were looking for in this place. As close to the beach as you can get, very walkable to bars and restaurants. Exactly what we were looking for, and getting in and out was super easy

Frank is an amazing host. We ran into bad weather and needed help with last minute adjustments. Frank was really understanding, flexible and accommodating. The place was just like the description... a shore house, nothing more, nothing less. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and was walking distance from where we wanted to be. Next time we are back in Wildwood we would stay at one of Franks properties for sure!

This was our 3rd time staying here. Louis has been friendly and responsive. The apartment is private and cozy, perfect for a weekend getaway. Will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay at Mike's condo in Lewes! The location was absolutely perfect — just a short, pleasant walk to both the charming town center and the beach. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The condo itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The bikes were a huge plus! We loved biking to Cape Henlopen State Park. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Lewes!

We had a wonderful stay in Cape May! The space was perfect for our family and the proximity to the heart of town and the beach was ideal. We will be back!
