Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Lower Township

Thanks to Jeanne and Jim, we had an amazing stay in OC. They welcomed us into their beautiful home for the perfect beach weekend. We appreciated the clean and functional interior. We were thrilled to enjoy the back deck leading to the beach. Everything about the place was ideal for our plans. We are so grateful for Jim and Jeanne supporting our family having a great time and for allowing us to make memories for a lifetime. Thank you for having us!

We rented Marianna's place to hold a small intimate elopement. The location could not have been better for what we needed it for. She was very responsive any time I had a question. The view from the deck is beautiful. The bed wasn't the comfiest but the rest of the house/ location made up for it! Would highly recommend this air bnb!

Right on the Jersey Shore boards, in a very nice part of town. The house was totally stocked on arrival. Excellent communication. Stayed a month and never once drove a car. You can get to a lot of cool places with the house bikes, by foot, on a train or via bus. Excellent setup if you're anti-rental car. Some fun waves out at the pier, too. 5 stars for us. Thanks!

Had such an amazing stay. The house is beautiful and right on the beach. Can’t ask for a better view. Clean and well stocked. Loved keeping the windows open and hearing the ocean. Marianna is wonderful and so responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to return.

Omg, such a wonderful stay!! The cottage was absolutely wonderful. Very clean and well taken care of. The location was perfect!! In a nice quiet neighborhood, but still very close to everything!! Michelle was very communicative and professional. Loved staying here and definitely will have to stay with her again!!

Tammy is an amazing host. She had fresh flowers on our table from her garden. A birthday balloon for my brother’s 50 and cards. We arrived late and she had made us a charcuterie! So kind and so generous. The only aspect that was a bit different than what I expected was that ours was the basement level- and both my brother and my self have allergies so breathing was a bit difficult as there was not many windows to allow for fresh air. There are a few other options over the garage it seemed and this may have been a better option for us. All in all this is a terrific location - a block from the Ventnor Beach. She was lovely and we were really happy to stay here. ❤️

Great location. Just a block and half from beach, restaurants and bars. But also in a quiet zone. So when it was time to relax, you can do just that in a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

There are many nice features about the rental. Being by the Beach, the living spaces are on the second and third floor, so the dumbwaiter is helpful to transfer your luggage items to the top floors. With board games, bumper pool, shuffle board, arcade, 2 TV areas, large dining table and roof deck, there is plenty of entertainment in the house and plenty of nooks for everyone to occupy. All the bathrooms are inside the bedrooms except one. Roof deck has a great view of sunrise and sunset. On the ground floor, there are beach chairs, wagon, and kayaks available. We were there for Memorial weekend and horseshoe crabs were supposed to be beaching to mate at high tide, but unfortunately we didn't catch them at the right time. We still saw plenty of crabs and collected plenty of shells. The beach access is easy and feels so private. we love being away from the crowd. Rehoboth, Lewey, and Cape Henlopen state Park are only a short drive away for half day excursions. We all loved this trip!

We enjoyed our stay. Considering how close it was to the beach, the house was a great deal. Probably the best value for an AirBNB I've ever stayed.

This was a great place to stay for my sister’s bachelorette! Walkable or a golf cart away from the center of town and the beach. The cozy cottage feel made us feel at home and had everything we needed and was very spacious. The host was super responsive and also added additional recommendations to make our stay even more enjoyable. The in home chef option (Amanda from Ives Table) was such a fun experience and so unique for this airbnb which we have never seen in the past. We loved the food and the opportunity. I can’t recommend this air bnb enough!

We loved our stay at Oasis Stone Harbor. They have everything! Bikes, games, a fantastic back yard and close proximity to the beach, it’s perfect.

Memorable beyond words! Mike is without a doubt the kindest, most responsive host we have had in years! His home is stocked beyond compare, is footsteps from the beach and is comfortable and well maintained. We flew in from Seattle to meet family from all over for Thanksgiving. Mike stocked the home with all needs for our feast, complete with a beautiful Christmas tree to coincide with all the holiday activities we enjoyed throughout SH over the weekend! We were fortunate to have our 4mo old grandson along for his first trip to the shore and to say the home was baby friendly would be an understatement. It was complete with highchair, crib, changing tables, gates…just everything! I could write endlessly about our time, but will summarize with, you cannot beat this location, the steps to breathtaking sunsets, walking blocks to town and the greatest of Hosts! Thank you, Mike! We will be repeat clients for certain!

My family and I rented this as a post-holiday getaway and it was perfect. Comfortable living space that allowed family to gather and offered privacy for my adult and nearly adult sons. The kitchen was well appointed with appliances and dishes. Front screened porch catches the morning sun and was warm enough to sit on during the mild winter days and a great spot to people watch as people walked to the public beach access. Very quiet and restful, easy beach access and water and sanctuary views. Would definitely consider renting again!

Mike and his family's place was just as pictured, very clean, and cozy. We loved the recommendations and could not have asked for better communication throughout our stay. This place was a 10/10 stay, my fiancé and I highly recommend if you're in the area! Thank you, Mike!

We had a great stay at this unit. Loved how close we were to the beach, easy walking distance. The view of the ocean was lovely from the balcony. The unit was very clean & met our needs.

This house was incredible for our three family vacation! Six adults and six children all fit comfortably. The location was great, a five min walk to boardwalk/beach. The house was very clean and stocked with anything we could possibly need for the beach (tags, chairs, caddies, etc). The hosts were extremely responsive as well and made staying here a breeze. We’d highly recommend!

Mike is a excellent host the apartment was so amazingly clean and had everything that I would need. Mike recommended places to explore everyday which was very helpful. You can explore the beautiful town on a bike and also go to the beach. Thank you Mike for the excellent experience. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back next year.

Mary is a great host and seems like a really nice person. This place is on the beach and the sunrises and sounds of the surf are spectacular!

What a great place! Walkable to historic Lewes. Walkable to the Bay or you can drive with free parking Mike mentioned. The place was great and I can't wait for my next stay!

This was our second time at the Beach Camp. It is just a great location in Lewes, so we invited friends this time and they rented another unit from Mike right next door! The unit is clean and comfortable. The bikes provided invite you to go outdoors and explore. The beach and restaurants are walkable. There is a hose right by the door so you don't bring the sand inside. And unlike some other places I checked in Lewes, there is plenty of parking right by the unit. Mike communicates clearly and promptly with instructions as well as tips for things to do. We used the kayak coupons to get out on the water and do bird watching. This is a fun get away, so I encourage you to stay at Mike's place.
