Monthly Rentals in Lower Gustard Wood

We stayed here for three weeks and it was a wonderful location, clean and tidy home with lots of amenities! The home is on a beautiful village green with lots of dog walks around Anna was super responsive in answering any questions we had which was great Would recommend!

We had a lovely stay at the Bakehouse-such comfortable accommodation in a beautiful village. We had perfect weather and were able to see the area at its very best. We had everything we needed in the Bakehouse, and would happily stay there again.

Katy’s Place is wonderful as is she as a host! Myself and Gershwin (cockapoo) had the most wonderful stay! It is such a homely set within a beautiful annex, for you to sit and enjoy and all set in a stunning environment. Nothing was too much for Katy, she is such a warm, welcoming host, and we had lovely conversations and found lots in common. Gershwin and Geoffrey, Kathy’s dog bonded, and funny that they are the double of each other. We felt right at home. One of the best Air BNB stays we have had. The welcome breakfast was a plus after a long journey and the delicious preserves. We will be back to stay again for sure. Thank you Katy x

The apartment was excellent and the village was charming with a good selection of restaurants, pubs, a small supermarket and a cafe. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had everything you need even for a long stay. Janine was very friendly and helpful.
