Monthly Rentals in Lower Gresham

What a lovely place to stay. Although attached to the main house you had your own entrance and private garden. When we opened the door there was music playing and a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us - as well as lots of little special touches including a wonderful welcome box with breakfast items. Thank you Kevin and Lisa for making our stay special. Already looking at when we can stay again

A lovely little annex which was situated perfectly, just a few miles from various seasides and a number of national trust parks and forests. Hilary was so helpful giving us some useful local tips regarding good meals out. Would thoroughly recommend and we can’t wait to return.

I booked this flat as it was close to the start line for the Macmillan Mighty Marathon hike that I took part it. I also needed somewhere with parking for 2 vehicles and dog friendly. Everything was as described and made our stay easy and convenient. The flat was clean, spacious, beds comfy, fun and had everything we needed. We found no issues with it being above a petrol station, no excessive noise. The pub next door was really nice with a large pub garden and friendly people. We walked in to Cromer which was fairly easy for us. We had a lovely, sunny stay. Thanks

Everything you needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Although I didn’t need to, I felt i could have reached out to Elaine if needed. Particularly loved the private little court yard which was blooming. Will definitely return if I’m ever in the area.
