Waterfront holiday rentals in Louisville

Great place to stay- the apartment feels really new and is in a modern and clean building. The apartment itself is large, has a nice kitchen and nice layout (bedrooms are not connected). The area is beautiful and you are steps away from a wonderful walk/hike/run at the Falls of the Ohio state park. All amenities are there. The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner - I think this was a short oversight as the rest of the house was very clean and tidy.

Great location. Nicely laid out apartment. Though we didn’t use it much, the kitchen was well stocked; most spices and even some food. They supplied a bottle of wine and some water bottles which was nice. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, shampoo, etc in the bathroom. Nice closet, comfortable bed. Comfortable furniture in the living area, lamps (not just overhead lights, which is a pet peeve). Ashley was very responsive the few times we reached out, and checked in with us a few times to make sure we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything. I was a little confused by the Key Cafe which is how you get your key at check in, but probably because I was unfamiliar with it. There is an app which goes with it, but they also supply a code which is easier to use. The building where the apartment is located is very upscale and welcoming. There’s an honor bar for snacks and drinks, a number of businesses in the building, and a pizza place / micro brewery at one end of the building.

Great apartment, great location and great housekeeping service. The apartment has all I would totally recomend this place to anyone.

My previous booking was cancelled last minute due to a flood and Serena came to the rescue. I had rented the airbnb to use for my husband and I the night of our wedding and she was so helpful! She answered all of my questions and the apartment was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Showers worked amazing. Everything was great.

Antonio’s place was perfect for the quick weekend trip to Louisville! The building had so many amenities and was so clean and well kept! The room itself was also incredibly clean, well decorated and had everything we could’ve needed! I was very very impressed! Antonio was also super easy to communicate with and very kind! This is our second time staying. We had a great time and perfect location! The balcony overlooking the bridge is my favorite part.

I absolutely loved my time in this beautifully decorated space. So close to downtown Louisville without the hassle of finding parking. I would definitely stay here again and again.

This was a cozy getaway with a great view of Ohio river. The decor was spot on. The hosts are wonderful and easy to work with. Gave us the relaxation we greatly needed. Thanks for such a wonderful experience.

Liz and Joey are extremely hospitable. Always responsive to any questions you may have. The interior of the home was clean and spacious in a very nice neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the property. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we could need. It was exactly as it appeared in the pictures and description. Easy to find and easy check in. The local area was amazing, great restaurants, easily walkable. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it .

This was one of my favorite Air BNB stays to date. The cottage was so incredibly beautiful. It was super well stocked, clean, and there was a great amount of information about the property. We will definitely be back.

5 Stars! The place was amazing! Beautifully located on the Ohio River, it offered breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The beverage refreshments were such a thoughtful touch, making the experience even more special. Micha was incredibly easy to talk to and very accommodating. Hands down, this place is a gem tucked away, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect! I would say this AirBnb is one of the best that we’ve stayed at. Amazing views of the river. Kristen was very responsive and had everything we needed at the house. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and hot water! I definitely recommend Kristen’s house! I know I didn’t want to leave!

This was a beautiful place! The host, Marshall, was amazing—very responsive and extremely helpful with directions. The location is super convenient, close to many restaurants and shops, and just a quarter-mile from the river. I especially want to highlight Marshall’s kindness. One evening, as I was about to walk to a nearby ice cream shop, he noticed me outside and graciously reopened the one located right below the Airbnb just so I didn’t have to go elsewhere. That thoughtful gesture truly made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this spot!

The space was perfect for 9 of us to stay. Everyone had their own bed which was more than comfortable as well as an extremely accommodating living room space. The restaurants and night life were all very walkable from where we were at. Very happy we booked with Nathan!

Absolutely amazing stay! Wonderful location, accommodations and hosts. The most well stocked of any place I’ve ever stayed. My husband and I had a wonderful weekend away. Perfect home base while exploring distilleries of Louisville. Felt like coming home when returning to Jodie & Doug’s place. Norton Commons is a sweet neighborhood with plenty to offer all on its own. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future.

The location was perfect for a guys weekend. Walkable to multiple small batch distilleries and bourbon tasting rooms.

Awesome stay. Although it's not the best view of the river and Louisville in the distance, the area more than made up for it. Our kids were competing in the NASP tournament at the KY Exposition Center in Louisville which was a quick trip across the bridge. The indoor pool was heated and jetted. This was an unexpected luxury and extremely relaxing after a long drive. This was our first AirBnB and we loved the privacy and ease of access to many attractions as well as restaurants.

Place met all needs for our stay: walking distance to so many great bars, restaurants and breweries, easy to get into and spacious for the whole group, ample kitchen storage and appliances for in home meals, and overall convenient with check in and out instructions. we had a maintenance issue while there (at no fault of the host, cause by a storm in area during our stay) They responded early the next morning when we notified them and had it taken care of same day, before we even got back from our distillery tour. would definitely stay here again. close enough to downtown but far enough from the bustle that it was quiet at night.

Great place and location.

This condo is beautiful with a great view! We were there for the Abbey Road on the River festival and were able to walk to and from the venue with ease. I would highly recommend this place.
