Holiday rentals with a patio in Louisville

Absolutely loved this Airbnb. The home is beautifully restored and decorated and thoughtfully appointed without a lot of clutter. We loved the layout, the furnishings were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a couple of light meals in the kitchen. Everything was in great condition. The location is fantastic - we walked to several meals in the local area, and drove or took a Lyft to other downtown spots we wanted to visit. Everything was a short distance away and easy to get to.

Robert has a great place to stay. Felt right at home. If this place is available in Sept , I will rent it again.

This place was exactly as described, an amazing location, and lovely condo. I was able to park across the street and walk for the week. Museums, distilleries, and SUCH good dining! I recommend O'Shea's where the family will learn your name and give you a handshake to start your tab, Trolley de'Ville for a city tour and a walking stop at Churchill Downs. I only had time enough for the Frazier Museum, but pace yourself, the photography installation on the third floor is worth strolling slowly! I could go on and on, but I recommend this stay. The condo was cool and welcoming every time we rested from our day, quickly feeling like home. I miss it already and we have a list of things we'd like to go back and do. So much history in Louisville!

This is an awesome Airbnb! The Nulu area is amazing where this Airbnb is located at. A lot to do within walking distance. I recommend this Airbnb! The host was very responsive whenever I had any questions. I extended my stay by a few days because I was enjoying Louisville so much. I can’t wait to visit Louisville again and stay in this awesome Airbnb again. 💯💯💯

I absolutely loved my time in this beautifully decorated space. So close to downtown Louisville without the hassle of finding parking. I would definitely stay here again and again.

Jenna was a wonderful host! she was very responsive and her place looked just like the pictures. It was very clean, had clear instructions for check in/out, and a good atmosphere to it!

Brandon’s place was very clean, well decorated and cute! It was perfect for our one night stay as we travelled from IL to TN. We had our two little kiddos with us and Brandon’s place was very accommodating for them with a pack and play, gates for the stairs, a high chair, toys & books, etc. It was absolutely perfect and would definitely stay again!

A lovely stay! Quiet at night, easily walkable to a bustling neighborhood with great restaurants/shopping. Spotlessly clean house with nice touches (thanks for the freshly roasted coffee!) Checkout could not have been easier, no fussing with linens or laundry, just consolidate trash and go. Stovetop was out of commission temporarily but hosts were proactively getting it repaired. Would be happy to book with these hosts again.

Loved this airbnb - it was beautiful and very conviently located for everything we wanted to do! I would happily stay here again the next time I'm in Louisville.

Our stay at Becca and Alfonso’s greenhouse was fantastic. Even though we booked just a day or two in advance, they were incredibly responsive and provided clear, detailed directions that made everything easy. The neighborhood was quiet and charming—we took a walk and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was unique and full of character, with beautiful plants that gave it a fresh, calming vibe. The backyard was a perfect bonus—spacious and relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Claudia was a great host! She assisted with questions and helped us clarify needs with our stay. The home is beautiful, relaxing, and in a great neighborhood. We would plan to stay here again when we return for exploring the history of the Jeffersonville/Louisville area. So much to explore.

The place was great, slightly bigger than I expected. I really appreciated the two bedrooms each had outdoor access so when staying with friends and you each have a dog it made things very convenient to not disrupt each other. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Louisville!

Excellent stay. Looks just like the pictures. Clean! Comfortable! Convenient! The place was very clean, from linens to floors to toilets. The beds were so comfy, the towels were oversized and fluffy. Conveniently located near major highways so it was convenient to get anywhere in the city. The yard was well kept which was excellent for my pups. There are gaps between the fence and ground so be careful with small dogs or those prone to escaping. My corgis could definitely go under if they wanted but the yard was plenty big so they were happy. Kitchen had mugs, wine glasses, silverware etc. and appliances including keurig (with frother!), air fryer, and ice and water dispensers in the fridge. Host was excellent, responsive, and easy to contact. We needed more towels. He responded right away and got them to us quickly.

This was the perfect hub for hopping between the Highlands and downtown Louisville. I grew up in this area and felt right at home. The space was comfortable, with nice big couches and plenty of space for everyone to lounge. The off-street parking was a huge added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed here a number of times and it is consistently great! Just what you need for a trip to Louisville. Bed is comfy. Plenty of space. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Sophia is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We love the NULU area. Check out Nouvelle next door when you are sick of bourbon. 🍷

What a wonderful place. So much to do within walking distance. Diane responded within 10 minutes for any questions I had. I would definitely return to this condo.

The home was exactly the way it was presented in the pictures. Everything that you could think of and more was in the home available for use. Matt was also very detailed with his instructions that were sent to me as well as there being a copy left on the table. The Airbnb was very comfortable which made it feel like an extension of home. I would definitely recommend a stay here especially if you have or would like to experience a high standard of living. Awesome Airbnb Matt!

Very centrally located near several bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need. Smells like fresh baked cookies. It is a bit noisy as it’s behind a busy street so expect noise especially on the weekends. This will be my go to spot in Louisville.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get to, nice little balcony, very clean, uncluttered. Bed was comfortable and there were extra linens. In fact, we are hoping to stay again this summer. We will be moving to Kentucky next year and have things to do. Thank-you so much for the hospitality. Peter and Sandy F.

Loft was exactly as pictured in the photos. Great area in downtown, can walk to so many restaurants. Fast responses from David too. Wonderful experience overall

This condo is beautiful with a great view! We were there for the Abbey Road on the River festival and were able to walk to and from the venue with ease. I would highly recommend this place.
