Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Loudoun County

We loved our stay! The house is even more beautiful than the photos, and the property is beautiful. Our kids loved playing in the creek and hiking at Bear’s Den, and we loved the local breweries. We would definitely stay again!

Tahsin & Konrad have a very nice apartment in their house. It was clean and quiet. The bed and other furniture were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the internet speed was good. The appliances all worked. They were very fast to respond to any queries. The house is close to the train station, which makes it easy to get into DC for sightseeing. The garden is fabulous, and the dogs are friendly. I recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.

Just as described, private, secluded in a beautiful neighborhood. The backyard is maintained to perfection, the outdoor sitting area is very comfortable. The place is more spacious than expected, with a large living area. The kitchen is well supplied, we had a great 5 weeks with Miriam. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful stay here. One of the most well appointed places we've had the pleasure of booking. Super responsive host and beautiful accommodations. The in house AV system is NEXT LEVEL. Perfect for a couples getaway or a small family and super close to some of the best wineries in the area. Highly recommend!

Our experience at the Wizards Escape was amazing! Nate, our host, was the best. He checked in to make sure that we were getting the best experience out of the house. The atmosphere is unreal! We really felt we were at Hogwarts Castle. The bedrooms are so full of detail. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could imagine. The Great Hall is magical! The escape rooms.. fantastic. We only stayed 2 days but tried to get in all the activities that were available. We played quidditch golf, did escape rooms, had a scavenger hunt, made great meals in the Weasley's kitchen. We had dinner in the Great Hall under the levitating candles while listening to the Harry Potter music in the background. This house is a home to be experienced. We are definitely coming back!

I can’t say enough about this cozy cottage. We loved the interior, a bit farmhouse meets contemporary. It was spotless and very well appointed. The peace and tranquility of the location was perfect for our weekend getaway. We arrived at dusk and just as we got settled on the patio, 4 deer, as if on cue, came for a visit. If you are looking for a tranquil setting convenient to historic downtown Leesburg, this is a great location.

Wonderful stay, family of 4. Clean, beautiful views, plenty to do. Meghan and Scott are wonderful hosts. My kids cannot wait to come back!!!!!

We love this house! We travelled to Upperville for the Upperville Horse and Colt Show and the house could not have been more perfect. Location was great - 5-10 min to the horse show and also close to downtown Middleburg. Will definitely stay again!

If we could give 6 stars we would! Jessica was incredibly communicative throughout the trip, and gave us wonderful directions for finding the Airbnb in the middle of the night after our flight was delayed. The Owl’s Nest itself was one of the coolest places we’ve ever stayed. You are truly immersed in the woods, with a beautiful balcony extending into the trees for a full panoramic view. Although we were only there for a quick visit, we will be returning to enjoy a longer stay sometime soon!

I thought the place was perfect! Judy stocked the mini-fridge with awesome breakfast items to include bagels and cream cheese! From sitting outside to relaxing inside was just a great time. Their pup was the best! She would greet me every morning while having coffee…sweet girl! Would I stay there again…absolutely! Judy is an awesome host!

My husband and I love staying here and come once to twice a year. Butch and Lynn are very responsive and the nest is cozy and clean. We always look forward to our stay!

Ashok was friendly and easy to get in touch with. He gave me all the details for check in a couple days in advance so I wasn’t stressed at the last minute. The space was great and near the Metro station so it was easy to get into DC or surrounding areas. Also there is street parking if you have a car. The house was equipped with everything we needed and lots of good sitting areas. The kitchen is a bit tight for making big meals but great for all your basic needs. The outdoor space was great for having morning coffee and enjoying the weather. The sound does travel inside similar to an apartment with upstairs neighbors but his friendly communication made it comfortable to discuss anything if it came up.

We had a wonderful week at Bruce & Rachel's Airbnb. Lovely apartment and surroundings!

Stayed 1 night while attending a wedding nearby, google maps took me to the address without any problems, location looked just like the photos, gave me a perfect spot to recover from travel with some nice peace and quiet

I stayed at Smirna's place with my fiance and sister for a few days and it worked well for three adults. The space was comfortable, well equipped, and very well maintained. Check-in was a breeze. The location is an easy drive from the Dulles airport and has good access to the highway into downtown DC as well as the DC metro and a number of nice suburban communities. The spot was perfect for us and I would recommend it to other travelers.

Rose End was exactly as described. It was clean, charming, and quiet! Conveniently located, it was close to both Middleburg and Upperville. Easy check-in and out. One of their cats even spent some time with us as we had our morning coffee on the patio. Loved it!

This is an exquisitely furnished, well maintained, pristinely clean, centrally located property. Rosalyn is easily accessible and deserves kudos for providing all linens and towels and bath supplies, as well as providing a well stocked kitchen in this beautiful setting. She even added a grill knowing it was going to be a summer like weekend. We would highly recommend treating yourself and friends or family to a stay at the terrace apartment! You will love it!

My wife and I travelled were guests at a cousins wedding. Debra’s place came up in the Airbnb app and was a great price compared to local hotels near the wedding venue. Our stay with Debra was amazing and worked out perfectly. Can’t thank her enough for her patience when making reservations. Leesburg, Va is lovely!!

My husband and I were in Leesburg for a wedding and loved the place. It was just as described and close to everything.

Cute little apartment right off King street! Check-in/out was easy, apartment was clean, and we had no issues. Just a quick note that the bathroom is not attached to the studio so walking to and from room is an open staircase to the business below which was never a problem for us! Steve was a great communicator and made sure all was well on our end throughout the weekend. Would highly recommend!
