Great place for a weekend in Berryville

I stayed at Xie’s place for two weeks. I just moved to the area and needed an Air BnB as my own apartment had a water discharge and was unusable. My apartment was not very proactive about the exact date and so we had to modify our dates a few times. Xie, knowing our situation accommodated all that. We also needed an air mattress and her husband dropped it off for us along with some other supplies. The apartment had cleaning supplies for laundry which was super convenient for us as we had a toddler with us.

Second time staying here in town on business. Absolutely perfect location. Extremely clean space that is walkable to anything that you need. Check in was an absolute breeze and the instructions were extremely clear. One nice little bonus was the host had saved the fan from my last day which helped me sleep like a baby. All around absolutely wonderful experience, if I’m ever in town again on business, this spot will be my first choice.

Amanda's place met all our expectations. It was clean, full equipped, and the view from the windows was an unexpected surprise. Amanda was always responsive and helpful. If I need to find a place in Reston, I will be checking her place first. We had a very pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and in a great neighborhood. The host was incredibly kind, respectful, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, with a short walk (5 min) to the metro and the grocery store right downstairs. The apartment itself is exactly as pictured: clean, stylish, and perfect for our week in the DC area. It's well-stocked with cooking and laundry supplies (even ziplock bags, extra paper products, and laundry detergent). The bed was among the most comfortable we've ever had at a rental. The directions for finding the place, parking, and getting inside were super helpful. Tip for the Latch app: arrange the locations you use (room, elevator, etc.) so they are at the top of the app. We really enjoyed this place and highly recommend it to others.

It is helpful if you know a little bit about the location. There are no stores or distractions of any kind, just Mother Nature. If you are blessed to come during the Fall season, you will be regaled with an abundance of multi-colored leaves falling gently from the sky. Go for a walk around the lake, or if you’re feeling ambitious, walk to the Appalachian trail from her house! Penny is a gracious hostess, the house is open for you to share, and you have a lot of privacy, as your room is on the far right hand side of the house. We saw her on average of ten minutes per day. Bathroom was impecable, and you have your own coffee maker/mini fridge/closet area. Bed very comfortable.

Evelin was very nice, generous, and welcoming to make me feel right at home especially with providing me with everything I needed! Also was very flexible with a late check in, so I appreciate that and the way she hosted. I think the only thing I would have requested is more detailed instructions to be provided further in advance of my arrival.

Daniel was an amazing host! At check in, he carried my bag for me. Totally unnecessary, but nice at the end of my busy day. I loved the private entrance. I don’t like to disturb anyone and want to come and go at my leisure without feeling like I’m putting someone out. The place is exactly as described. Clean, neat and a home gym as well! I was able to relax at the end of my busy day with the TV and pleasant surroundings. I drove 4 minutes to the Food Lion to pick up dinner and could relax for the evening. Thank you Daniel! I will definitely be back when I’m in the area again.

This house is fabulous and perfect for large groups. Plenty of space for gathering and privacy if wanted. Hot tub and pool were great. Home recently updated and in great condition. Didn't have time to use the sauna. Neighborhood is quiet, very walkable and beautiful. Easy access to anything you might need or want.

Me and my girlfriend had such an amazing stay at Jennifer’s place! Her and Charlie 🐶 were amazing hosts! Very responsive, left lots of snacks and drinks, and was super friendly and gave great recommendations! We really enjoyed the home theater and coziness of the basement. The place was very close to downtown Leesburg and made it super convenient for all our plans in town. Overall, the place exceeded all our expectations and was such an enjoyable experience! This home was beautifully decorated and maintained. It was clean and comfortable. It was great to have a private stay with a garage and enough space for my whole family. The kitchen is beautiful and has nice appliances. Very comfortable common space. Having a dedicated office space is a bonus. The owners of this home share what appears to be a private residence with those who rent this space. Just something to be cognizant of if you choose to stay here. The walkability to stores and restaurants is nice. Being that this is a small town, everything is easily accessible. The host was very responsive/communicative. I would definitely recommend, and would consider returning next year.

Laith is a great host always responsive and good communication. He leaves you to get on with one’s work. Quiet peaceful neighbourhood with an attentative squirrel always outside the front door !!
