Family-friendly holiday rentals in Los Olivos

Great location and great hosts. We had some unique problems (including very sick pup) and these hosts were extremely gracious.

What a beautiful property! The backyard was like a sanctuary. We were walking distance to a beautiful beach and the neighborhood was quiet.

Great place to stay in a perfect location. Would definitely stay there again! The only things keeping it an "A" instead of "A+" were: 1) hard to lock front door from outside 2) jacuzzi didn't work great Everything else was amazing!! Highly recommended.

I don’t have enough great things to say. I like the house. I liked the location. I liked the morning fog and the afternoon sun. The patio views were awesome. Anne was amazing. Morning walks at the Douglas Preserve. Rent this property with confidence and have a great trip to Santa Barbara.

This is our favorite airbnb we've ever stayed at. The most well-kept, clean, and enjoyable place by far- definitely somewhere we'd like to spend much more time in. Town is close-by and everything is easily accessible. We loved everything about this place. Also lots of cool wildlife around

Great location, easy access to beaches, downtown. Comfy king sized bed. Take advantage of the fresh eggs, they were delicious. The unit is an extension of a family home but has a private entrance and feels separate. Hot tub, garden and sauna are part of a shared space with the host

David's place was wonderful! So close to the bustling part of the city yet private and quiet at the same time! We had a blast!

A cozy, clean place near downtown SB for a competitive price. Less than a 10 minute walk to State St. and The Funk Zone. Easy to find and park, in a quaint, quiet neighborhood.

Perfect place for our stay to celebrate my son’s graduation from ucsb. We were mostly in Isla Vista but hosted a Sunday brunch for him and his friends. Sat outside in the comfortable patio and everyone had a fabulous time! My nephew remarked that Dawn’s place reminded him of my Italian grandmother’s house; everything was carefully chosen to reflect the vintage charm of the cottage with European flavor. Loved everything about our stay here!

The house was beautiful and in a peaceful place. I appreciated how big the place was for my group of friends and I.

Matt and Linda’s place is adorable and cozy! We loved the charm and character of the old home. Lompoc is a tiny town, but it’s ideally located in the middle of the Central Coast region. This makes it so easy to get to neat cities like Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Solvang, and Pismo Beach for day trips. Matt and Linda are excellent hosts - kind, communicative, and thoughtful. I’d highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed a quiet weekend stay. The 3 bedroom home was comfortable for 5 adults with nice beds and spacious sitting areas. There were plenty of towels and a lovely yard. The home has many windows and lots of natural light, so if you are bothered by sunlight in the morning, bring eyeshades to help with sleeping late. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and the owner was available to answer any of our questions.

We were thrilled to find a place so close yo everything we wanted to do! And the real plus was that Kat accepted our pup too! She was great!

House was clean and well appointed. Fully fenced in yard was great for our dog and the neighborhood is nice for walking. Hosts were responsive and clear in communications. I would stay here again!

Great location with respect to town. Unit was on the ground floor adjacent to parking lot and not exactly as pictured in listing, but spacious and clean. Would stay there again.

Lots of room for extra friends/family. Great stove top/easy cleaning up. Clean pool, working laundry room. Amazing outside view! Checks off as a really great spot to stay for a few days. Outside amenities is okay could be better. But overall, the stay was pleasant.

Suffice it to say, Jennifer with her warmth and great communication made my experience as good as it gets. If you’re new to camping, this is probably one of the best entry-level points possible. If you’re like me and you’ve gone backpacking, this will feel extremely luxurious. The pool is great. The hot tub is awesome. And the vibe inside the yurt reminds me of the Tree Bones Resort in Big Sur. I simply love this place and can’t wait to come back again.

So relaxing to stay here! Nice to be away from phone service and close enough to the hot tub. We were sharing the space with another couple in the glass house, with whom we had very minor and lovely interactions. easy to feel a sense of privacy even when sharing the land. Would love to come back and stay longer!

We had a magical weekend retreat at Jennifer’s Glass House. It was so peaceful, the unique architecture was perfect for taking in the sights and sounds of nature—the view from inside the Glass House was jaw dropping. Jennifer was so sweet, welcoming, and helpful. The bed was supremely comfortable and the bedding had a luxe feel. There were thoughtful places to sit, swing, or lie down throughout the property. While the kitchen is more limited, we were able to cook everything we needed, making food outdoors was divine. The bathrooms were spotless, if a bit of a walk to take in the middle of the night (but no different from other glamping facilities). We were lucky to have the entire Grove area to ourselves so it was especially comfortable as we didn’t have to navigate around other occupants. Loved the pool and hot tub area, a really charming experience. Overall it’s the perfect place for a quiet retreat off-grid, to recharge in an ideal glamping situation. We can’t wait to be back.

Very gorgeous place to stay! Highly recommend! We really enjoyed our stay, Lindsay was amazing host! The place it self is very very beautiful, exceptionally unique. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Santa Barbara with their loved once and have quality time. Loved it!

Lorie gave us all the info we needed for our stay and then we dealt with the resort/staff during the stay. Everyone was awesome and helpful. Great game room in the lobby. Room was spacious and clean with balcony, tons of beautiful bird chirping all day long. Walkable to anything in downtown Solvang.
