Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Los Angeles

Our family of 4 had a very nice stay at Jack’s aparment. The apartment was spacious, modern with all possible things you may need. Jack was very nice and helpful. Thank you, we will book our next USA vacation at Jack’s place for sure! :)

I absolutely loved my stay! The place was spotless, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable—it truly felt like a home away from home. It’s also conveniently located close to the Spectrum Shopping Center, which made everything super accessible. The amenities were great and made my stay even more relaxing. My host was incredibly sweet and friendly, checking in to make sure I was doing well and had everything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

The location is even nicer than advertised. The place was very clean and Nils was very accommodating and responsive. There were many locations walking distance and Nils was kind enough to point out the best locations. Would definitely visit again.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this Airbnb! The studio-style apartment was ideal for a solo traveler—clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed. Every amenity was thoughtfully included and in great condition, from the basics in the kitchen to the comfortable bed and modern bathroom. One of the best parts was having access to the gym and pool just a few doors down—such a convenient and relaxing bonus. Fred and Luna are incredible hosts—responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure guests have the best experience possible. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. I truly felt cared for throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and well-located place to stay, this is it. I’ll definitely be booking with Fred and Luna again in the future. This place felt like home for a second I forgot I was at an air bnb lol it was super homie. Would love to stay here again. Very nice neighborhood. Friendly host Daisy was awesome and there’s a basketball court wooo couldn’t ask for more :).

We had a wonderful stay! The house was immaculately clean and very well maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. All instructions were clearly laid out, with helpful labels in all the right places—making everything super easy to navigate. What really stood out was the host’s exceptional thoughtfulness and hospitality. When I enquired about availability of a baby bathtub, the host went out of their way to order one ahead of our arrival just to make sure our needs were taken care of. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. Highly recommend this place—would absolutely stay here again!

The house was exactly as described in the description! The house was very clean and the neighborhood was nice and felt safe. Paul also provided clear instructions on how to check in and was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely book again!

Great location close to the rose bowl which was perfect for us for we were going to a concert there, the freeway isn’t far an there’s a lot of great food right around the area plus a Ralphs is like 3mins away if you need anything. Very clean an neat and D was very helpful an was able to get ahold of easy would definitely stay again

We stayed here for our trip to Disneyland! It was 12-15 min drive to the Mickey and friends parking lot. The kids enjoyed the kids room with the toys. It was a great deal for the price for a place that was cute and modern! And the host was very communicative and helpful

Hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Sarah’s place is a dream home, spotlessly clean, with the loveliest hosts and best quality everything - the polar opposite of the standard sterile Airbnb. (We felt like we were staying in a very stylish friend’s house!) The location is unbeatable - a short walk to great restaurants, shops and cafes on Ventura Blvd; beaches, Universal, Beverly Hills all within a quick drive. The best part was the home itself - light, bright, quiet, 5 bedrooms (2 interconnecting) and multiple different living areas, so plenty of space to spread out - huge eat-in kitchen, separate formal dining room, formal living room, cosy TV room (with huge cinema screen for movie nights!) and peaceful skylit sunroom - something for everyone. Super comfy beds, stunning bathrooms and a kitchen better than a magazine cover. Enclosed, private garden front and back with a lovely pool and outdoor kitchen. This apartment was absolutely fabulous. Every detail was handcrafted by the Airbnb owner, and you can feel the love and creativity in every corner. The private cinema room was a dream—I watched so many films and truly felt transported to another world. The colors, the furniture, the atmosphere… it was all incredibly inspiring. I honestly felt like writing a song or starting a screenplay while staying here. The hosts were also incredibly kind and charming. I can’t wait to come back very soon.

Had a great stay here, location was fantastic and very close to local amenities and walking distance to some tourist spots e.g. walk of fame etc. central within LA so a good location to explore other areas. Apartment was great, very spacious and well equipped. The complex itself had lots of great facilities although we didn’t get time to use them. Parking space was also a great benefit. Bella and Alan were friendly accommodating and helpful.

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay! The place was clean, cute, and in a super convenient (but busy) area. Nic was really responsive and nice. Just a heads-up: the apartment complex is a bit big and tricky to find your way around, and the host seemed nervous about noise. Wasn’t an issue for us, but something to know before booking!
