Apartment holiday rentals in Los Angeles

We love staying in this building for its location--so close to all links for public transport, and easy walk to coffee places and restaurants. Brandon was very responsive to our questions. All the basics are topnotch--good hot water, comfortable mattress, great HVAC, etc. The kitchen has basic cooking stuff. Be aware that it is on the third floor and on weekday mornings the garbage truck comes early to the alley just outside the window; it wasn't a problem for us but if you need to sleep late, keep that mind. We would definitely come back on a future visit!

Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

The place was great! Despite the protests downtown, the location was great! We were out of the way from most of the crowds and traffic that came with the protest and were still within walking distance to some great places! (Crypto, Peacock Theatre, Grand Central Market, etc.). Dan was very responsive and even helped with a great 420 suggestion! Like the listing states, you must be ok with what comes with being downtown to really enjoy the beauty of it all. We will be back!

I really can’t say enough about my experience at Andrew’s place! Super comfy. Super thoughtful. Great bedding and pillows. Many good instructions. Awesome coffee shop in the lobby. Felt super safe. Nice and friendly staff and neighbors. Free Parking. I was down for a conference at the convention center and I could walk everywhere. Friends also stayed in the building and we all looked at each others places and Andrew’s by far was the nicest! And Andrew made everything super easy. thank you!!!!

Had a great stay here! Looks just like the pictures, and was squeaky clean. Lots of thoughtful touches--Brita filter full of cold water in the fridge, extra towels, yoga mat and blocks in the closet, and a ton of paid streaming services on the TV. Didn't do much cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked. And the location is unparalleled, you can see the Pier out the window and 3rd Street Promenade is blocks away. Heads Up: Most of the furniture is low profile though--lower to the ground--which could be an issue for older people or people with knee problems. But both the bed and couch were super comfortable. And the host was easy to reach and responsive, usually within the hour. Jonathan's place is an excellent alternative to the hotels on Ocean Avenue.

I was a bit nervous to come to LA since protest were happening in the city but Lisa gave me really good advices to get around without my plans getting affected by the protests Communicating with her was always easy and very responsive on her side, she was always kind and gave me very helpful instructions of what should I do in case I needed help from her or the Airbnb company Her place was super clean, cozy and equipped with all I needed to make myself comfortable and have a good time

This space is perfect and in a beautiful building north of Wilshire, in a peaceful pocket of Santa Monica. Having frequented the heart of downtown SM many times, this location is my new favorite — walkable, safe, and friendly. The building is historic and stunning, with a lovely courtyard, lobby, and library with seating areas. Check-in was a breeze, and there are late-night managers on duty/security which made me feel safe as a solo traveler, especially when getting home after an evening out. Towels are plush and clean, bed was very comfortable, and the ceiling fans do a great job so I didn’t miss the fact that there’s no AC! It’s worth noting that the windows of this space face a row of other units and a walkway with a good deal of foot traffic, meaning shades need to be kept closed for any privacy since it is ground floor. If you’re like me and spend your time out enjoying the city, this isn’t an issue! Kitchen was spotless with great appliances. Fantastic stay!

We spent three nights in Los Angeles and made the best choice with Jasmine's accommodation. The apartment is super nice and well maintained and a good starting point for activities. Jasmin was always easy to reach.

Great place to stay in a safe area. Very clean and equipped with all amenities. Host was also very accomodating with late check out! Would recommend to others 😊

I stayed at Taylor and Don’s for a week. I had come from Marina del Ray (staying with a friend) so had got used to that side of LA. If you’re from Melbourne AUS - it’s like Southside vs Northside. Coming to the other side as a woman traveling alone, I wasn’t sure what to expect with the area. But Taylor and Don were like instant friends; welcoming, super helpful, answered all my ‘can I walk alone at night questions’ and I felt super safe in their apartment. Plus I really enjoyed our other chats when I did run into them briefly. The apartment has everything you need. It’s cosy and warm when it’s cold and wet (random couple of rainy days); nice and cool after being out in the LA heat all day. The space is well thought out, aesthetically pleasing & has the best views to watch the sunset with a glass of vino. Plus it’s so close to good coffee & croissants (Doubting Thomas). It was also really easy for me to get to and from the galleries/sites/bars/shops etc on my list. Sooo I’ll be back!

Great location. Had everything you need. Easy access, quick drive to a lot of good food in the marina and on Lincoln. My only slight complaint was the pool was smaller than expected and the floors felt very sticky.

Very clean and great location. It was very relaxing to sit on the lounge chairs in the morning. We saw dolphins and were able to walk down to the pier. It is more of a hotel feel than an apartment, but definitely worth being right on the water. The host was very communicative and pleasant.

Excellent location right in the heart of town. Plenty of walkable places nearby. Very Nice amenities on the property, and great views from the Unit. Would stay here agin.

Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!

Loved my stay here, I highly recommend. Definitely worth the price, based off of location and amenities. Very clean and spacious apartment. Also Bens/Chris were excellent communicators. I spent some quiet time alone here and rested before getting back to work. If you need a staycation or are looking for a comfortable place close to public transportation, this is a great place to do just that.

Very cool apartment with minimal check out instructions which I loved. The views were incredible and the interior decor was very unique and beautiful done.

I absolutely loved this place! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the night view was stunning. The security system was excellent — you need a key card to enter the building and use the elevator, which made me feel very safe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
