The Cozy Cottage was so lovely 🤩 it was perfectly decorated, comfy, a safe area, and simply quaint! Definitely recommend! The host is super helpful, very hospitable and super friendly and efficient. It was the perfect spot to stay at for my short trip to Cali. Five stars and then some 🌟 👏🏻

The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Maggie was super responsive whenever we had a question. We felt right at home. We enjoyed the privacy and how safe we felt.

We stayed in this location for Valentines weekend and it was perfect. Main St is 2 blocks away and even went for a stroll at night. It’s safe! The lil house is cozy and there was a moment where I called her at 2:00am and she answered right away. She was a phenomenal host. We also asked to stay longer-passed our checkout time, and for a few more bucks we stayed. Overall great experience. Definitely will book here again when we come back. 🤗

My stay at The Venice Love Lodge was great! On nice quiet street it was easy for me and my two dogs to walk the neighborhood. The Love Lodge is very nice and clean is very well stocked with pans, dishes and utensils so we were able to stay in and cook (Ralph’s grocery store was nearby). Although it has been updated even has usb-c ports at the wall outlet this 1940’s era house was great. The TV has an APPLE TV box and you can log in to your account to watch your content (just remember to log out when you leave). I felt very safe walking around and safe parking on the street. The bicycles are in good working condition and was fun riding around. Personally I preferred a Waymo ride to the Santa Monica pier and Venice Boardwalk (theAI car drove better than some of the other rides shares and was slightly cheaper. Overall had a great time and will do again when I can. Thank you Arron and Monica for the use of the Venice Love Lodge.

If you are looking a for hide away in plain sight, want be centrally located to be able to perfectly experience Venice culture and have ‘value for money’ base from which to ‘operate’ this is the location….with awesome comms the owners

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy Woodland Hills flat! It was the perfect size for our little family of three - the queen bed was comfy(a lil squeaky) , the stand-up shower was clean and convenient, and the living room and kitchenette made it feel like a true home away from home. The backyard was surprisingly spacious (especially since we don't have one back home), and it quickly became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The whole space felt peaceful, safe, and welcoming. We're so grateful for the experience and already looking forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful weekend birthday trip for my daughter's 6th birthday to Universal Studios, and this place was perfect for our stay, just about 10 minutes away from the park. There were five of us in total. The six-year-olds shared the XL full bed with me, my mom was comfortable in one of the other beds, and my stepson had his own single bed. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool on Friday when we arrived. Since we were mostly out and about, it was the perfect spot to come home to and rest. The girls absolutely adored Patrick's son's cat, Poppies, such a sweet and gentle kitty! Patrick was there to greet us at check-in and gave us a tour of the space. He was very kind, welcoming, and available if we needed anything. Thank you so much, Patrick, for your hospitality!

I’ve had a truly wonderful experience staying in Nathalie’s guesthouse. It’s a beautiful, private space — thoughtfully furnished and extremely comfortable. Having a dedicated parking spot made things so easy, and Nathalie and her family were consistently warm, welcoming, and responsive whenever I had a question. A perfect blend of privacy and hospitality — I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

This location was closer than described for our filming location. The host was super friendly and very responsive. They handled request and the one situation we had with urgency. I love that the house was in a location that you could walk to just about anything you needed. Would stay again when in Santa Clarita.

*AN ABSOLUTE MUST-STAY!* Booked Dana’s place for a relaxing getaway with my wife for our anniversary, and we loved every minute of our stay! The little guest house is tucked away right up against a mountain side and is so incredibly peaceful and serene that it’s easy to forget you’re mere minutes away from fantastic restaurants and a vibrant downtown scene. Dana was extremely responsive and patient, answering all our questions and ensuring we had a wonderful stay! We will absolutely be staying here again the next time we visit!

Diana was a great host, she was very responsive. She provided us with hand tools when I needed fix something that I brought with me after it came apart in transit. She also provided some extra snacks and coffee halfway through our stay. The place is private and situated in a lovely neighborhood. The patio is a beautiful place to spend some quiet time.

We had a great stay at this studio! The location is incredibly convenient—close to everything we needed, including shops, restaurants, and entrances to highway. The studio itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

The many positive reviews are all true. My husband and I loved staying at Louise's place. We stayed a week -- comfortable bed, space for our things in the bedroom, closet, and bathroom, great shower, delightful garden and patio, lovely neighborhood, always parking on the street. The fans were perfect for bringing in the cool air from outside. Microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, gas stovetop, and good pots, pans, and knives were all we needed to eat in some days. We look forward to our next visit to Santa Monica and staying in Papu's Guest House.

One of the best ever. Very clean; “squeaky clean,” in fact. Never had a better host! Very friendly and likable. Met me upon arrival, showed me around, talked about things to do in the area and what routes might be best. Knowledgeable of the history of Laurel Canyon, which is one of the great attractions for me. The place is a tiny cabin, well-appointed and pretty. Probably would be a little tight for two occupants, unless the couple was accustomed to tiny house living. If you are in average physical condition, climb the stairs and enjoy the peaceful time on the deck up above the street. A/C and fan were quiet and efficient, but you can also just open the windows and let the breeze in. I felt very safe in the cabin, and found my zen that weekend.

Our stay in Min's tiny home for a disneyland trip was great! The walk down to the backyard and seeing the views of trees, palms and beautiful flowers was just amazing! The tiny home was soo cute and it had plenty of storage space for our 4 day stay for my boyfriend and I. Host responded quickly if needed something and there was a parking spot for us in front of the house. It was quiet and felt like we were in a forest. You can even see the fireworks from Disney! If your looking to enjoy a great view (perfect for those insta pics) in a great location in Fullerton, then this is the place for you!

My sister and I come to LA every summer. This was a great place to stay. Echo park- stone’s throw from silver lake. Amazing walks. Pete’s cabin was cool and quiet. Just what we needed.

Simply the best. The photos can’t do justice to the sweeping canyon views, sunsets, or the local wildlife, birdsongs, and wildflowers. Billy, Lori, and their sweet dog Dora were so friendly and welcoming, they felt like family after 5 minutes. Location was ideal for us, about equidistant between Malibu and Thousand Oaks, and we spent a lot of time at the beaches but always looked forward to getting “home.” There are so many exquisite spots on the multiple patio decks to enjoy the fresh air and nature that you never relax the same way twice! It’s also located right near the Backbone Trail and we enjoyed hiking and running several sections of it. Oh and can’t forget the bed— it’s a literal dream. I think I had some of the best sleep of my life here. Overall 10/10. Great panoramas, great price point, great people. We will be back.
