Beautiful house. Very close to super markets for home cooking in a lovely kitchen or easily walkable into the centre of San Javier or down to the beach in Santiago de la Ribera.

We have stopped on the resort many times over the years. This villa was bright, clean and modern. Very close to the supermarket and Jose was very quick to reply to any queries.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Andrea’s Villa. Andrea was super helpful and always available - before arrival and throughout our stay. A great host! The outdoor space and pool were perfect for us. The Villa was clean with everything you need. It really was a great holiday for us! Mar Menor resort is safe, quiet with facilities such as padel and gym available to use. Cannot recommend more. We will return when next in Murcia. Thanks!

We had a wonderful 7 night stay at this beautiful apartment. We traveled as a party of 4adults and a baby. Debbie was kind enough to arrange a travel cot and high chair prior to our stay which was a welcome addition. The property is a lovely modern living space, with Netflix&football on the TV, a very well equipped kitchen which helped when catering for the little one. There was a welcome pack on arrival which was a lovely touch & perfect after an early rise with the baby. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage & the beds were very comfortable. The 2nd floor bedroom benefits from a lovely balcony to sit out to catch the last of the evening sun. The heated Pool was lovely at this time of the year and grass area at the side of the house was great for our baby to play. Debbie & craig were both helpful and answered all our questions prior to arrival. Check in & out was seamless. The location was ideal for us with a young family and all amenities were close by. The House was in a great location and had everything we needed. TV had amazing selection of channels and living room was comfortable. Short walk from restaurants and beach. Raymond made everything easy and even arranged for us to be collected from the airport. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Wir waren von dem Haus total begeistert. Fußläufig ist alles zu erreichen - Supermärkte, Strand, Restaurants. Einfach nur perfekt. Peter ist ein super toller Gastgeber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und haben auch noch schöne Empfehlungen und Tipps für Unternehmungen etc. erhalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Ort Los Alcázares und die direkt Umgebung haben uns zu dem auch noch sehr gut gefallen.

spent 11 days in the villa with all of the family children and Grandchildren, all really enjoyed the villa and location. Car was essential to visit local beaches and surrounding villages but well worth it. would definitely recommend the Villa and area.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and Pavo was a wonderful host. He contacted me in the week before we arrived to check our flight times and answer any questions. He was very flexible with our check-in time and met us at the villa to give us a tour. The villa is even better than the photos and description. So peaceful, very clean, and had everything we needed. We requested that the pool be heated and it was a lovely temperature which meant the children spent a lot of time in it. I would really recommend this villa. Thank you Pavo and team!

This is a resort like home and well worth the amount paid. The process of booking, checking in and checking out was easy and straightforward. Enrique was always available to assist in any manner and did so in a professional and pleasant way. I recommend this villa highly. We had two groups in other villas not a part of this property and this was by far the most enjoyable.

A wonderful villa and wonderful hosts. Full exclusive use,very secure and all the mod cons. All amenities as listed and the pool/ garden area is a lovely private place to enjoy the family holiday, even better than the photos. We were 2 families of 4, loads of space and 5 minute walk to the beach and lovely little chiringuitos. Other towns such as the lovely Puerto de Mazarrón just a short drive/taxi away, sad to come home to reality, thank you for sharing your lovely home with us

Stian is a great host. He was very responsive to my messages both before and during the stay. The villa is beautiful and is actually even nicer than the photos! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We were blown away by the location, cleanliness and amenities. Great check in, quality beds and furniture plus access to full laundry provision. The pool and outdoor kitchen were the icing on the cake. Wonderful for a large or extended family to create memories

A lovely Villa hosted perfectly by Claudia and helped by Perrine. Two couples, ample space, washing machine was an added bonus and a spotless house and pool. Situated no more than five minutes walk from the amazing beach at Los Alcázares. We ate out most nights and can highly recommended Il Patio II Restaurant - if you’re a meat eater don’t miss it! Fabulous week of complete relaxation in a splendid setting, we will be back!! Five Star ⭐️

Great place, pool was great to cool down and have fun with the kids.. The areas to sit out are excellent. Quiet area. Everything you need like the beach, supermarkets, restaurants are all from 5 to 10 minutes walk away. Really enjoyed our family holiday there.

Una casa increíble, moderna pero con personalidad, enclavada en un lugar muy especial. Vale la pena sin duda. Además la piscina climatizada es todo un lujo. La zona no la conocíamos y nos encantó, especialmente las playas más cercanas a la casa. Muy recomendable.

Ha sido una estancia genial!! la casa es preciosa, está muy bien equipada, tiene todo lo necesario y más, para sentirte como en tú propia casa. Está en una zona tranquila, ideal para el descanso nocturno y al mismo tiempo muy bien conectada, a solo 2 minutos de la zona comercial, supermercado, restaurantes etc y unos tres minutos de la playa. La casa y su piscina son ideales para disfrutar en familia y llevarte unos bonitos recuerdos de vacaciones. Steve, ha sido un anfitrión estupendo, amable, atento y siempre disponible. Sin ninguna duda la recomendamos.
