Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Los Alcázares

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay! We had a great stay at this apartment! It was modern, clean and very well equipped – everything we needed was in place. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds and sofa were comfortable, and the air conditioning was great. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained, perfect for both relaxation and a refreshing dip. The location was also great – quiet and peaceful, but still close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with all the way. Highly recommend 👍

Fantastic stay at Villa Aqua! Villa is exactly as described and has everything you need. Location is ok but definitely worth having a car if you want to explore. The villa was very clean and the pool was much bigger than we expected. Peaceful and private location - we would definitely stay again!

A beautiful villa, a fantastic pool and generous amounts of items, including crockery, cutlery, glasses, pool towels to name just a few. A perfect family villa for a wonderful holiday and in a beautiful location. I think we have all fallen in love with Murcia and the surrounding area. For our first visit, we had plenty to explore by foot. Christian was a super host and so helpful and quick to repond.

The house is very cute. 😍 With air conditioning💨, a good mattress🛏️, two practical and pleasant terraces (one upstairs and one just below with awnings that preserve privacy. It has everything you need for a vacation, a quiet area, close to the beach (7 min walk) and you can park. Thank you Véronique, thank you Natalia, very kind!

Los Urrutias and specifically the apartment is a perfect place for tranquility and to be able to have a time to breathe and relax. The apartment is very good dining room and kitchen in the large and spacious dining room, a room with a very comfortable and spacious double bed… the terrace is one of the best spaces with barbecue and ocean views. I don't know how you will be in summer but in Easter it is a perfect place to relax. Cartagena is 15 minutes away.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The place was amazing — even better than the photos — and the views at sunset were truly unforgettable. The house was spotless, everything smelled great, and it was super well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it welcoming and comfortable. The hosts were also lovely: really responsive, friendly, and made everything super easy. Highly recommend this place — would definitely come back!

Very nice apartment with great and roomy roof terrace! Very good location by the beach and bars. If you have car there is a convenient parking downstairs. We also stored our rental bikes downstairs. This place is ideal for cycling trips! Only small downsize during our stay was the noise coming from nearby flying school. We highly recommend this place.

We were right at home. Spacious apartment, there were six adults and a baby and we were very comfortable. The outdoor area is also very spacious and we could park inside. Highly recommended.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

Ana and José's apartment is ideal to disconnect a few days of vacation on the beach since you have a beautiful cove just in front. It has wonderful views. We'll be back for sure. Thanks Ana for making it so easy.

The stay was a 10, the apartment is clean and very well decorated. The area is quiet and parked well. Lola is very kind, and is attentive at all times, making you feel at home. Very good communication with her from the start. Don't hesitate to book it.

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit comfortably.

Lovely place . Spotlessly clean . Great to have 3 separate outside areas to use . Not overlooked either . We used the large rooftop solarium lots . There is also a gas barbecue here . Loads of storage and the most comfy huge bed in the main bedroom . Good showers aswell and easy to use aircon . Little utility room off the downstairs bathroom with washing machine if needed . Plenty of very nearby parking and very short walk to the swimming pool . Excellent communication from the owners and local key holder . Highly recommended . Just book it !😊

Everything is perfect: very nice apartment with all the amenities, excellent attention from the owner, perfect location in a beautiful development close to the golf course of La Roda and shopping centers, restaurants, leisure areas and beaches. Totally recommended. If you have to put a hit it is that the showerhead in the main bathroom is quite bad. Otherwise, totally recommended.

This was a really fun, exciting place to stay. What a vibrant, happy location! Such a beautiful, newly decorated apartment. Cristina has made it perfect. I would happily come back here again and again. Fantastic bars downstairs on the street. Lovely safe area. A few minutes walk in every direction to some amazing Roman sites to visit. It is noisy at night due to the street noise below, so earplugs will be useful. If you are staying on your own like I was, you can move to the other bedroom which has a single bed. That is very quiet. The beautiful balcony is fabulous to watch the world go by. I really loved this place.
