Beach house holiday rentals in Lorne

This would have to be one of my favorite places , across from the beach with easy access sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting was amazing , beds a comfy and it was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for your comfort for a home away from home , my dog Malle loved sitting in deck watching the world go by .. he was secure and safe in the front yard . Jennifer was an amazing host , very responsive , overall a wonderful location , close to the bustling Mornington shopping strip and a cafe just down the road . Highly recommend Jennifer’s lovely beachside home .

Paula was extremely welcoming with very clear information and instructions. We felt comfortable in her place the entire time. It’s perfectly positioned in a calm and quiet environment yet easy access to shops and restaurants.

This is a beautiful home with unparalleled peace and calm; a lifetime could pass sitting quietly and watching sunsets over the ocean… :) Mark was an incredibly kind, responsive and gracious host. Thanks for all.

The Airbnb exceeded our expectations, the photos didn’t do it justice. So beautiful, clean and we had everything we needed plus more! All 8 of our guests were so grateful to stay in such a stunning spot, definitely felt like a home away from home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to book! We had a great stay at the property, with Marta super responsive from the moment I booked the property to after check-out. The property was immaculate, with so many great hints and tips placed around the house to make sure we knew exactly what everything did, etc. The local restaurant suggestions were top notch too!

Very clean and spacious place in the perfect location, right near the water and Bellarine coastal walking track. The sunrises and sunets here are magnificent and can be seen unobstructed right from the living area! The house has everything you need and a spacious front and back yard for the kids and dog to run around and play - perfect for a family getaway. Amy made us feel right at home with timely communication. Will definitely be back here and highly recommend this place for a peaceful weekend with the family.

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

Great location, just off the main street. The super market just across the road was very convenient. Great cafes and restaurants within a short stroll. It got cold but there were plenty of blankets and the a/c made it nice and toasty. Sharee was a super friendly and responsive host. Great trip!

We had the best stay at the Sandpiper House with Karen and Cameron as our hosts. Super tidy house with a great view and we were also spoiled with complimentary breakfast during our stay 😊 we had an easy check in with an even easier and simple check out. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful house to stay at! We all had the best time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Heaps of room for the kids to run around and burn their energy. Great place to stay for a family holiday we had 11 of us in the house and we al had our own space and heaps of room to have dinner and watch movies all together.

We had the best stay ever at Kate's place. We'd booked for Mothers Day and my family had flown in from different states, so I was incredibly pleased with how perfect our accommodation was. The photos really don't do it justice and the extra care and special touches made us feel so very welcome. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A great beach getaway in the perfect secluded location. Close to Anglesea but not too close to deal with the busy crowds. Amazing beach location and house has every amenity you could need and wish for. The spa and log fireplace was a special!

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

this house was amazing for our three active families! there was a pool, table tennis, futsal, air hockey and then in the extended back yard a play ground, sand pit, cricket pitch, soccer, footy, tennis and an aquatic centre. A short drive we had the beach! too much to do and too little time. The loving and dining spaces were top notch. We loved this house!

Stayed at this lovely house with 5 girlfriends. A cozy feel despite being so big. Loads of space, indoor and out and we never felt in top of each other. Great home, over 2 floors, lovely views. The Spa was amazing after completing the 30km coastal trek. We would have liked to stay another night, play a bit of tennis and use the pool. Peggy and Chris were great and prompt when responding to our messages, thank you both 😊 We would certainly stay here again!

Autumn special in Anglesea. Our extended family was easily accommodated in this spacious home. Heating was very efficient which was very much appreciated as the weather had turned a bit cooler (and wet) beds were cosy and comfy. Location was great, easy walking distance to the beach and cafe, close drive to a vast selection of ‘spoilt for choice’ dining options. David provided valuable recommendations and a thoughtful selection of food staples. Communication with David was timely and efficient, a later check out was very much appreciated to enjoy the area and amenity just that little bit longer.

Our family had a fantastic time in this lovely house. The living area is light, the house is warm and comfortable, the beds and bedding are very comfortable, the kitchen well set up. Communication was excellent. We would definitely recommend this house, and would do a return visit

I booked Nick’s place for a restorative weekend away with a group of girlfriends and would highly recommend it. The house is absolutely beautiful, tasteful furnishings, well appointed kitchen and pantry and well stocked with beautiful towels and linens. The view is stunning. We really appreciated the welcome touches and the fire ready to be lit! Nick was responsive and attentive without being intrusive. Thank you Nick and Lisa!

Fantastic homely and cosy place, wonderful views and superb location so close to Fairhaven and Moggs Creek beaches. Also close to nearby amenities at Aireys Inlet, the pub and general store are winners! Coffee at Mr T and Me also really good. Had a restful and relaxing time, drinking tea and watching the ocean from the deck or chilling in front of the rotating log burner in the lounge room, and watching the local birds drop by, even had a visit from a couple of Roos! Mary's place was just lovely. We stayed there with our two daughters and it was the perfect relaxing weekend. The house is beautifully appointed, with high quality finishes, appliances and details. There are very thoughtful touches (bar, pantry, laundry items) that make you feel right at home. The views are stunning. I would recommend this place highly and would love to stay again.
