we really appreciate the warm hospitality received during our stay. The house looked like a film set..everything was very neat and clean. We also played with the two lovely black cats 😊

We truly enjoyed our stay at Giancarlo’s property. Everything was walkable, the location was peaceful, parking was easy and walkable to the train station. We went to some other places besides Venice based on his recommendation and they did not disappoint. Thank you for the easy check-in and the thoughtfulness during check-out. Also, the recheck of the place for what I thought I had left behind. Giancarlo’s hosting was superb.

Accurate host, great place to stay, close to all amenities, ideal for a family with young children and more. The station is just a stone's throw away.

Everything was fine The place is conveniently located. Not too far from the train station. There are supermarkets nearby. There is no Wi-fi and microwave in the apartment. Clean apartment with convenient layout. Clear directions were given. Check-in went smoothly. Recommended.
